I won't get my Uhaul anywhere else!
Louis R.We tried to do an early pick up, but when we and spoke with a uhaul rep on the phone to confirm that we could. Once we arrived to pick up the truck there was no instructions or way for us to get the keys after we checked in. Once we waited for a few hours for the location to open. We were able to get the keys and get on the road, come to find out that the tire pressure sensor was broken, the van required an oil change, and the charging ports were broken so we were unable to charge our devices. Overall not the best experience.
Douglas F.There was a disconnect between U-Haul and the location. I was supposed to pick up my vehicle at 6:00 a.m. but it wasn't set up for 24/7 truck share. It was over two hours and three calls to U-Haul before I got a truck.

Kelanee N.When I tried to book the truck I could not get anything before 8:00 am so I booked another truck from Compass Self Storage that wasn't available and had to call U-Haul and they gave me the initial truck I wanted at 6:00 am. Not sure why. I selected mobile pick-up but it was on the screen after I selected the time.

Yuzette S.When I completed the “pick up my truck†on my phone there were no instructions about the lock so I put it in the glove box. When I got home in the daylight I saw that there was a sticky note on the key saying to put it in the lock box. Not a major problem since I live just down the street.

Louis R.rented uhaul online 2 weeks in advance. originally selected to rent 2 dolly's with rental. when i arrived they said they have no dolly's to include. which forced me to waste more time and money to go purchase one for my move and last minute. should of contacted me in advance to inform me they wouldn't have equipment at time of pickup so that i could of made other arrangements for my dollly needs in advance.

So I carry back today which was the day due and I thought I read it was due back by 12 midnight.. guess my mistake but I got charged a extra $22.00 and that really bothers me when I try to get it back before that date but to a place open so no one would steal the dolly where I left it.. so this was confusing but otherwise it work perfect for us for what we need it for.. thank you so much and next time guess I will drop off and take that chance instead of getting charged.
