PENNY NDeceptive information regarding retal. I rented for a day but got charge 2 days and the 20 bucks fee which I was not happy. Uhaul was not clear on the rental day charges. If one day rental is $19.99 then 24 hours is a DAY. even though I selected 8 hours because it is confusing. I will not go to this location again. When I got there he said " I'm busy check yourself out online which took me a long time to do it and it is pain in the ass..

Jedidiah BI would make sure you watch the receipt, we had a one day rental (45 dollars) and was charged for 18 days (over 1000 dollars). Uhaul thankfully corrected it, but keep an eye on it.

DANIEL CThe hours in the contact were listed as closing at 5pm. The hours online said 3pm. I got there the day before the U-Haul was due back at 2pm. The door said open, but was locked. Nobody was inside. I later saw that I needed to take pictures myself of the inside of the truck after I had deposited the keys in the locked bin. The inconvenience costed me an extra $20 I was told I wouldn't have to pay, due to incorrect operation hours with absent or missing employees on Sunday afternoon.
