I think I was over charged! Gas was on 1/4 of a tank and was on the samething when I dropped it off. How was i charged for gas twice? And went under 20miles and was charged over $60 in gas smh
PERRY RUSHINGThe process was fast & easy, the only thing I didn't like was the fact that he didn't tell me about the .99 cent per mileage cause the only thing it says on the truck is 19.95 per day but as soon as you turn the truck back in you see all kinds of charges on your card that shouldn't even be on it, so no I will not recommend you use U-Haul services unless you're going just right down the street literally, cause I was charged 137.00 just for one day & that's sad

Lacrissia ShawThe way you charge you try to double charge people and tried to charge me even more when I used it less for what I scheduled also the trucks do not have a reasonable amount of gas before me but some how it became my responsibility to put a reasonable amount in there and clearly expections are not being held after every use and it should
Elricko mosleyThe actual u-haul and the actual storage facility was great, the problem was customer service with the booking and the mobile share 24/7 feature. Customer service failed to disclose all information, so there was a lot of confusion the mobile pick up and check in the was horrible. The customer service representatives need to disclose all information/requirements before hanging up assuring that the customer is fully aware and understanding of everything before the call ends, Other than that I love my storage unit and the truck was great I will recommend/use again but I'll know the right way to go next time thank you!
Montoya SheltonYvonne was so nice when she heard about our troubles let us use their restroom, offered us ice and drinks, and kept making sure we were OK while we transferred our belongings to the new truck. New truck was clean and had no issues the rest of the trip.
