My grandson used this van to bring carpenter trash bags to dump- I watched him clean out van very well and they still charged him $25.00 cleaning fee- will never use them again or uhaul

Worst u haul drop off ever. He took my keys and said all set. Showed him my paperwork and he just took it. Never went over the truck with me after drop off. Then sent me an email, claiming there was a slice in the tire that I wouldn't of caused. Then charged me for driving a 1000.00 miles. When I only drove 39 miles. I called this u haul wine and spirit drop off in Dudley MA. and asked him about the claim he made towards me. He said I can't answer any of your questions. Gave me a number to call customer service. Call that number did not get a person. Finally did, spoke to 3 different customer service people, each one pushing me off to another about my issue. One said there is nothing showing damage to a tire but was tremendously over charged. He sugested I talk to a manager about my concerns and that they should be corrected. He connected me back to the menu not a manager. Second person wanted me to fill out forms and expect an answer in 3 days. I demanded a manager. Third person finally helped me out. I will never ever use U haul again. And will never recommend this company to anyone else after I went through.

When I picked up the truck the person was very pleasant but every time someone came in the store he left me waiting i came first. I was late for moving and i had people waiting for me. Also the truck was very dirty inside the cab and pet hair all over the windows was not clean and there was trash all under the seats and passengers door on floor was trash and dog hair. I wasn't pleased and I didn't want to go back in and complain because it would have made me even later than I was .I person also didn't look over the truck. I wasn't pleased and probably will not recommend this place.

9 am pickup time. Store was not opened. Had to make a call, had to sIt for clerk to open. Inside of driver, passenger areas.. A mess! Filthy! My small Clorox wipes wEnt enough. I don't expect perfection, but the truck hasn't been wiped down for months.

Pick up and drop off should be more broad. I picked up in Dudley and couldn't drop off one town over in Southbridge without having significant fees. In-town should be in county. Just saying. Everybody at both locations were helpful, informative, and polite. Thank you Angel wine and Spirits of Dudley for making this transition easy for our family.

I drove straight 16 hours I come to the location drop off and the guy there he told me that he don't have room and there is nobody there to take the drop off , after I told him that I don't have time to drive around town to find another location and also told him that I'm gonna drop off to his location he start telling me that I'm gonna get charge extra , really bad experience with this guy . I would like someone to call me back on this

I had an appointment for an 8am pick up but had to wait an hour for the location to open. Not happy. Not sure where the break down in communication is. But might want to have everyone on the same page.

The employees at this location were polite & patient & maintained their professionalism in the face of an irate customer (ME!!!) However, despite the maturity of their behavior 2 things annoyed me extremely. First: my reservation had me scheduled for a 9:00 AM checkout.appointment. I had called this location & was informed that as I had a reservation, checkout would be quick Despite my showing up early, about a dozen people beat me to the checkout counter. Were all these people scheduled for 9:00 AM checkout?. This should not have been possible! If all these people did not have an appointment at this time then the UHaul employees should have asked that those scheduled for a 9:00 AM appointment should come to the front & the others informed that they would be taken care of as soon as it was possible. As only ONE person should have had a 9:00 AM appointment, then only I should have gone to the front. Second. I asked in prior conversations with this location what information I would be asked to provide. I was NOT informed that I would need to provide two alternate phone numbers to verify my bona fides. . I do not memorize phone numbers. This created a problem..

U-Haul totally dropped the ball. There would not have been a van available at my original pick up location in Putnam Ct The Angel Share location in Dudley Mass saved the day. U-Haul Ct gets a thumbs down. U-Haul @Angel Share 2 thumbs up

I was sent to pick up my 26ft truck over 100 miles as non of the confirmed collection points were uhaul dealer or did not have 26ft truck ..eventually 6 hours later head office found truck near me while trying to collect at confirmed collection depots all staff rude and unhelpful ..and no knowledge of stock at locations cost me fuel for my transport. time visiting centers with no stock then taking truck to loading point disgusting service
