Anthony, (347) 530-6928. He is the managing agent of Uhaul at this location. He is not professional, ignorant and is not a good representative of Uhaul. He did not give me the correct information,ignored my questions and charged me more than the quoted online amount.He did not go over or print my contract. Nor did I sign it. He is not knowledgeable and don't have a printer. I am going to contact BBB. He intentional up charged me. I am filing an official complaint and claim to have their license removed. Bad business practices!

oshea wthe transaction in the APP is way too complicated and several unnecessary steps, the lock box is not in a safe location and not well lit, it was so hard to see the letters, we had to use the light from out phones.

Sean NI really don’t want to used Uhaul in the future because when you have to return the vehicle you have to answer all these questions and maybe you can tell the consumers to you would be required to take pictures of the odometer, and the inside and the outside,ur location also not when you feel that you’re finished a question arrives you still need to open the truck and take a picture of this or that.

Bernice PAlthough I did enjoy the service at 874 Rockaway Avenue my original Rental was suppose to be at Garrido Food Corp 1086 Brooklyn Ave East Flatbush, NY 11203 @ 9am I was notified at 8:39am on the same day while in route. This location has bad customer service.
