Heather WAllow return to be any uhaul location. There is literally a location right across the street from my destination, but was required to drive 25 minutes south and pay tolls for crossing a bridge.

DAVE GWe needed to return by 9 am. The drop off location didn't open til 10 am. No signs posted for where to park the truck or put the keys, so we guessed. It also took awhile to find on the contract what to do when personnel weren't around to help with the return. It was fine, but clarity would help.

BRUCE CLike I said the rental was clean we didn't have any issues until the end when we tried to get the refund of the overage that we put too much gas in $50 that was just too much of a pain in the ass to get back because they wouldn't refund the card or send a check so they actually told us we had to physically come to the store an hour and a half away to get the money back absolutely ridiculous and they were rude and just unhelpful
