Uhaul trailer was dropped off at Andy's automotive.They disconnected the trailer when I dropped it off on 4/23 I asked if they needed my pick up receipt they said no I was good to go.The rental was one way and was paid at time of pick up.I just received an email receipt from andys automotive for over $200 charging me for 7 days.They should have seen the rental was paid for already and furthermore the trailer was dropped off the day after I rented it not 7 days.I am now trying to get the charge from andys reversedPeter R.

I told this location and the girl specifically several times I was driving to Pittsburgh to get a suite of appliances. This location chose to send me in a truck that had NO RAMP, and not tall enough and plain not the right truck - period! Then when I asked for help when I got to Pittsburgh they refused to help, refused to offer a concession, refused to offer a rebate, or any kind of help. This location is a joke, the woman is a clown and I will tell everyone I know as well as on social media to never patronize this establishment again. Staff is great! Very professional! The truck however had 3 holes in the roof. I discovered this after getting the truck half full. Another huge disappointment was this 2016 model year Ford truck didn't have cruise control! That's pretty pathetic and it made a horrible trip trying to stay at 55 MPH on interstate 95 with my wife driving her car behind me, meaning she couldn't use CC either. It just added on top of the stresses of the trip. I was pulling an auto transport so I couldn't exceed 55 MPH. The entire trip all I did was worry and stress about, will the trailer start whipping if I accidentally exceed 55 MPH, will our stuff get wet , on and on. I couldn't get another truck because it was the eve of the 4th of July and I had movers scheduled. I got up on the roof and had to band-aid the holes shut with gorilla tape. The entire 700 miles journey I had to worry about if my belongings would get wet and ruined. I didn't receive any discount for this major inconvenience and it left a bad taste in my mouth. I will use a different rental company next time.Wayne B.

My move with Uhaul was a painfully miserable experience. Not only will I never use Uhaul again for ANY service, but I will go out of my way to actively advise anyone I know to avoid this company at all costs. My 2x Uboxes were not ready on the date I was guaranteed, nor were they even at the location I was told they'd be shipped to. The movers I hired through Uhaul's movinghelp.com sat outside the wrong location for 2.5 hours while I remained on hold with customer service. I spoke with 7 people in 4 states and was provided 6 different phone numbers only to get hung up on by the location manager without a resolution. Before hanging up, this location manager tried to justify this runaround by explaining, â€œoh, nobody ever really picks up the phones here. Everyones in the warehouse.â€ When I finally spoke with someone after 2.5 hours, Uhaul took no accountability for my possessions not being ready and could not explain why I was provided a different date and location. Uhaul then advised that I "cancel" the movers that were sitting outside of their location through and that they would not be compensated for their time. They advised that I hire a new moving crew to pick up my box the next day, which was FAR more expensive than the moving company I hired 2 months prior for this job. Fortunately, the moving crew I originally hired shuffled their schedule around for the following day after and were able to accommodate us despite being hung out to dry by this Uhaul location.I ended up paying them an additional $200 out of pocket for their wasted time. When my Ubox DID arrive the next day, it was bulging at the seams with the front door falling off to the point where someone tried to secure it with a piece of plastic wrap. Uhaul has declined to take any accountability nor compensate me for this experience.Angela G.

Truck ran great. Truck was big enough for what I needed, but I was under the assumption that the truck's trailer part was the 15 foot part. But to really think about it, 15' truck means 15' truck. I guess I was just in a hurry. I would suggest putting upfront, first or in larger print how big the inside measurements of each trailer is on eaxh truck. Still I was satisfied with everything, I would have gotten the next biggest truck. I also would like to say the location is nice and I really liked this place. Friendly, relaxed, hometown, family like vibe. They deserve a good review. Decent service straight to the point and quick (Comcast internet permitting).RONALD R.

There was no one there. Online they indicate being open on Sunday from 9-noon. Arrived around 10:00am and no one there. Found where the key drop was and went the uhaul.com as directed and could easily find how to just return the vehicle online. Only after calling uhaul and listening the the records did i learn to add \share to uhaul web address. From there all went well. Concern if for any older person who is not tech savvy trying to do this. Would hope that in that case, Uhaul would not charge them extra days since uhaul directs if they are not able to accomplish it online to return when the place is open. We were there when they were supposed to be open and would not have been able to do so had online not worked out. People still need people.mark Y.
