Nathalie GVery unsanitary location. Spent over an hour finding correct drop off location. Several emails should two different locations for drop off which caused an overdue charge. This was reversed after an explanation. Thank you! Truck itself was great just a couple of mechanical issues passed on at drop of location.

KURT HService was good but truck was received very dirty. I spent an hour cleaning it.
Jason SI called the night before and he said to go in the morning and he would have it ready. When I got there the trailer was basically in a snow bank, I had to ask the owner to help shovel it out which he did begrudgingly. The open Trailer-was full to the top of snow that I had to dig out, then when I got to the bottom there was about 5 inches of ice that I had to chip at with the shovel to break up, he just stood there and watched me. Luckily I could physically do it and I was in a hurry, otherwise I would of asked for my money back

julien ttrailer frozen into the ground and not ready to go. right signal not working. service agent not overly willing to come out in the cold. wouldnt look at minor damage items. told to just call him if any problems when dropping trailer off
Darin VWindshield wipers need to be on regular maintenance. Poor communications with customer service who did not really care. Pick up location had no idea we were coming.
Barry DWhen I went to drop the trailer off in Chelmsford ON the owner would not let me drop it there, as he said his lot was Full? So l had to find another location that was not opened. So the order was not closed off for five days. Luckily they did not charge me any More!

Bridgette BThe location I picked the trailer up at had no idea I was coming for it even though I had reserved it online approximately 4 days earlier. The trailer had to be swept out because it still had gravel and sticks in it. The trailer fenders were badly damaged and sharp edges sticking out that caught on my clothes and damaged my shorts.
