I returned the truck with same fuel readings the black American lied we showed him the gas when we arrived he saw it was at the exact spot I don’t appreciate a business taking advantage of customers
JAJUAN GLAZEThe drop off location was horrible. There was no one there to give me information or paperwork stating that the equipment was turned in. There was a cease and desist note on the door and the phone number was disconnected. I would not recommend this location again
kevin williamsPrices too expensive. A gas charge of $30 is absurd when I only drove 17 miles. It takes me $50 to fill my 20 gallon truck up. Penske was $148 dollars for the day with unlimited miles. Should’ve just used them to avoid all the secret fees U-Haul has. Base fee was $30 and somehow I ended up paying $120 for 3 hours and 17 miles.
Gavin DameronTruck was ok. But we were charged for 133 miles, and we only used 52 miles. We asked for funds to be returned. We have not received an answer.

Also the drivers door handle looks like it’s barely hanging on and the headliner is coming down in the front by the windshield But was not notated when I rented it in the pics. So I added the door handle issue when I rented it.
MANUEL TREVINOMy experience with U-Haul mobile was horrible. When I got to the location it took 30 minutes for Nancy to approve the U-Haul. Once approved the code they provided me with did not work. So I had to call customer service. The customer see agent Janah was beyond horrible. She kept putting me on very long holds but was not helping me. I got to 30 minutes in the call she came back on the line and asked the same question she asked before and then said can I put you on hold. I told her no because she keep putting me a very long holds. She put me on hold in the middle of me telling her not to put me on hold. I had to call back and get someone else who had to cancel the truck. It’s taken forever to get my refund from a U-Haul I was never able to pick up at no fault of my own.I will never use U-Haul. I’ll stick to Home Depot.

George RICEFor starters the owner of the property should not agree to not charge a second day due to issues at the storage facility. Then he proceeds to charge me for 3 whole days and lied that I dropped the vehicle off the day AFTER I really dropped it off. I feel like this owner tried to get over on me because I’m a female. I also did not get the truck until an hour after my actual pick up time due to the website not working and having to wait on the owner to come back to help get the key. My first experience and it was terrible.
