Never send anyone to that location. The young man was unprofessional and unhelpful. He pulls the a different truck than what I ordered up… the windshield was covered with bug splatter and . Also, the gas tank was almost empty. He then proceeds to tell me that he is there by himself, and he can’t get me blankets and a dolly so he sends me to another address and gives me a code for a lock to get my own blankets and dolly. I was absolutely upset that he was making me do his job And that my truck was not ready to pick up and use. I get to the next location and couldn’t find where to find the blankets and dolly. There was a storage container in the parking lot that said rent me, so I never even thought to look there. After checking the building and the driveway and not being able to find my blankets and dolly, I went to this container in the parking lot and sure enough the code worked on and the blankets and Dolly were inside. But it was an appliance dolly, which I did not want I wanted a box dolly . And then I had to go fuel up the truck so that I can make it to my location in Turlock. Needless to say, I was very angry because I had a lot to do that day.

Corey BI want to validate the excellent customer service that this location has, it was very easy to pick up and return this trailer, they were all very professional and easy to deal with, they were quick to assist me and deliver the trailer to me. Suzanne BDo not look for uhaul at this store. I was double charge as the guy did not take the deposit out for a whole two-week after I dropped off the u haul. I had to call the bank and had them did it as fraud. The guy looked suspicious as well. Not even a proper place to rent at first.
LONG PNo customer service from uhaul. you suck
JAMES MIt took three tries and 2 hours to get a 15ft truck that hadn't been in an accident or the air conditioning didn't work. The crew at the pick-up did a great job finding the right truck for our adventure going cross-country with a 2 day extension. Thank you. Our truck, which we named Hudson, did a perfect job. We loved all the time in Hudson and would do it again if needed. Our USA is beautiful ! Thank you

Pamela SWhen we dropped off the trailer there were no clear instructions in what to do when the place was closed. It’s a very busy street and we didn’t want to leave the trailer where it could easily be stolen and we would be held liable.

Trevor SReservation system should be easy for associates to have and pull up the current reservations with ease.
David OThe uhaul person was not at the location had to call him to make the payment over the phone. Very unprofessional. Was not happy this was the second location I had to go to because the first one did not have the trailer I had reserved. Added over 2 hours to my trip and $200 for my help just sitting and waiting.
ANDREW AMake sure when a customer adds on to the truck order for dolly and pads that the order gets together. Also inform the customer when pick up location has changed and then moved.

James WHorrible Experience. I was charge $39 more than the initial agreement $59 , not to mention that the person in the front desk when I came to return the trailer was expecting me to disconnect the trailer my self not only that but he was so mad that he started calling me names. I had to wait about 25 minutes for some one from a different location to came by to disconnect the trailer from my truck.
