There was no where to return the key. The business said they didn't have a uhaul contract and no box for the keys to be left. Terrible experienceMeagan C.
1. They added $8 safye tow to my bill which I declined on line. Contract #2457729. 2. The pickup location did not have any check out system, and told me to take the trailer. Later I recieve a text sayin I have not picked up my reservation. I completed check out on the app that was running bad. 3. When I went to dropoff, I tryed the app that would not work. I went inside the shop, the attentend said they do not have any way to check out. The I had to call customer service to closed out. Will not recommend this location or the online service.Sam P.

Put an accurate address. Well there's no address for the yard with the trailers and no office. Gas station employee had no idea what I was talking about until another one heard me and gave me the number to who deals with uhaulCedric M.

No drop box. Person inside the gas station didn't speak english and was not able to tell me where to park the truck. Map location service n the app didn't work and the drop-off preocedure was uncler to evryone. I had to go inside the store to drop off the key. Seemed a bit disorganized. Had to walk to the station. Then the employee on duty had to call another person for verification. There was no walk thru./walk around. The windshield was broken. And the contract had 1/4 tank less gas in it when I picked it up. I also did not get the hand truck I reserved. Was told I needed to go to another location to pick one up.BRADLEY F.
