There was no male, there to help take my car off the trailer, and before I picked up the trailer I had to drive across town to get it even though I had made reservations a month in advance was promised a extra 100 miles then u haul tried to over charge me on mileage I will Never use uhaul again

The only issue I had with this location, was that when I picked up the equipment in Georgia. The representative told me, that I can drop the equipment, at a particular U-Haul address. Or at the closest U-Haul rental location, of my choice. So when I arrived at the location, there was a little hesitation at first. Because they said that they didn't have any schedule, drop off from me. But after checking everything, the representative said that it was okay, to drop the equipment off with them. It was a little cold outside, and the Lady told me that I can shelter in the truck, whilst waiting for my contact, to pick me up. Which I really appreciated. Thanks again my friend, for your hospitality. Much appreciated from you.

These ladies went above and beyond to help me out. I would recommend them to anyone. They are knowledgeable and courteous. After an earlier confrontation with a horrible uhaul dealer, these ladies made my day and got my move off to a start. Thank you!!!

Dark lot at night for 24-drop off. Unpaved lot. Key box was easy to find.

I paid $20.00 at the S. Hamilton location to tie and secure my car to the trailer but when I got to Big Spring,TX I was given no option to pay someone to unload my car. The representave stated that she does not download the car from the trailer so my wife and I were forced to download the car from the trailer. We had big problems getting the ratchet strap lose and we had to use my tools to loosen the strap. It was 103 degrees that day and we both suffered sunburn. What if that was a lone woman, would she be forced to download the car from the trailer? What if I didn't have tools to loosen the straps? As a customer who paid well over $2,000.00 dollars for the truck and trailer I should have been given a choice. I understand Big Spring, TX is a small western town but that's no excuse. An contractor should have been available.This was unacceptable.

This U-Haul location in Big Spring was a side business for selling sheds. It was closed on Sunday. It was also difficult to locate. A lady who lived on property was helpful.

The lady said the drop off are great. But I cannot say enough about Tammy in the Abilene Texas call center. I had some issues and she helped me through them. She was just amazing!

This was overall worst uhaul experience ever! I got to the location, had to load the trailer onto the truck myself. After struggling for a bit the lady asked if I wanted a jack to lift the trailer. After 10 mins finally get it close enough to put on hitch. Wouldn’t slide in, the lady was confused on how to operate the trailer connection to the hitch. Finally got it on. Well no furniture dolly to take with me despite booking one over a month before. Said she couldn’t give it to me the system wouldn’t process it. Had to borrow one from a friend to get packed up, had to make do at final destination. Worst time ever.
