The facility and the woman helping us were top notch. Super clean facility with someone knowledgeable, helpful, kind and professional helping us. We TRIED to do contactless - but that was an EPIC failure. Not the fault of this office, but of U-Haul Corporate. HORRIBLE failure. Fortunately the employee on site knows people and customer service ideals and implemented them. But I will NEVER recommend contactless to anyone as a result of this experience. I will STRONGLY advise against it.

No improvement needed! Elizabeth and her husband are absolutely AWESOME! They ate at the top of their game, providing EXCELLENT customer service!!! They are super nice and very efficient! They definitely put the customer first!!! We have rented u-hauls from this location on 2 different occasions. Both rental experiences were top notch!!!!
