It was difficult finding the key lock box.

Poor pricing. In the end was charged $91.00 for a 3 hour and 8 mile rental. U-Haul was never this expensive in the past.

RHONDA DENISE L.My experience was probably one of the most outrageous bizarre unacceptable experiences I've ever had with a company that's nationally known and respected. I'm dumbfounded by how many uHaul employees were completely clueless on how to rectify what I thought was a very minor issue.

JOHN CHARLES B.Your app for returning rental trucks sucks. It took me about 20 minutes to go through the procedure (both times), when I recently rented trucks from U-Haul. The app crashed multiple times during the return process, when I tried to upload pictures of the truck. I had to re-login many, many times. I had to alternate between using the app, and going to the U-Haul site, to finally complete the return process. I won't rent a truck from you again, as it seems like this convoluted return process is designed to make people abandon the online return process, and just pay the "convenience fee". The truck was fine. Your employee at the rental location was professional and efficient.

I was not called and I could not call to find out why.(after 6PM Sun)this caused me great concern wondering if my move was not going to happen. I checked the tire pressure on the truck and it was 100 psi. This was well above the recommended pressure. The truck had a very hard ride --your slogan on the truck was A GENTLE RIDE.

The truck looked tidy inside but I wasn't sure how well things were sanitized with the whole coronavirus situation going on. The cupholders looked dirty so I did take Lysol wipes and wipe everything down and they were quite dirty when I was finished. Other than this it was a good experience and the owner of this location was very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again if needed.

Alex L.The only complaint I would have was that I was not asked about insurance. Normally I waive the coverage. Although the gentleman who runs the establishment was very friendly, helpful and professional I feel as though this coverage should have been discussed providing me with option to opt out. Overall all went well and I have no complaints.
GARY D.When we rented the truck, we were told that the gas tank qas full, but when we got in it, it was not. Yet, we were charged for not having the tank full when it was returned. Rather than confronting the office, we just paid the fee. However, I don't believe we will be using this particular location again.
