sabrina sThe man who helped me with the rental itself, was very polite and helpful. However, it took longer than I thought to check out the van when I was there right at opening time. I have a small business and had to delay my start time with my client as I was told that the moving blankets I had requested, online, to rent, were not there. This also delayed my start time and was a huge inconvenience as I had to go to Home Depot and buy some for my moving job that day. There is not a lot of turnaround space in your parking area for the large moving vehicles either. That inconvenience will lead me to another UHaul dealer in the future when I need to rent a van for a few hours. You should check on your available supplies before they are reserved online and a customer is dependent on them for a job that day. Thanks

Randall LWhen I arrived, the office was closed. I had to wait 40 minutes for an employee. He said he was at lunch. However, there is no information about lunch on the website. If the office closes for lunch, then you need to write about it on the website so that clients plan their time too.

Spencer MThe place had inadequate staffing. I called several times to speak w/a on site representative but; there was no one on duty. The rental was extended resulting in overcharging of my bill to up0wards of $400.59. The final price was $59.00 over the amount agreed upon with a Monday AM return and a full tank of gas. A $20.00 check in fee should NOT have been added since they were not open for check in and my work hours begin at 8am.
Shinese GKim is awesome at getting you what you need! She was flexible with my shifting schedule and worked hard to make it all come together for me. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing to rent, store stuff or buy supplies. They're great!
Peggy sUsed the 24/7 app for a Sunday pick-up. Filled out the "pick up truck" info and entered all the info, the page then reset or did something and I had to do it all over again. After entering all the info a second time, the site went back to the Home Page without giving me my key combo to retrieve truck keys. Then I had to call customer service to get the information. I spent almost 40 minutes just trying to check-out the truck. Then when I got to my moving location and opened the truck, I discovered the ordered utility dolly was not in the truck. This was 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. I could not find anywhere to rent a dolly and had to complete the move without the dolly. Very inconvenient.

I picked it up the night before I was planning to leave, so I could get an early start, and they easily accommodated me. Return was a breeze. The van itself was clean, got good mileage, drove well, and felt safe on the highway even in rain. I'll be back if I need another rental. The entire experience was great.
Peggy sI have rented from U-Haul locations numerous times over the past decades, and never had an unclean vehicle. This one was despicable on the inside, and had only 5 miles worth of gas. In a city with numerous stoplights and lots of afternoon traffic, I was in a panic. In addition, the truck was filthy and sticky on the inside. I had to hold my purse in my lap for the drive home until I could clean the vehicle. THANKFULLY the return location was 100% better. Had there been other trucks available at the time I needed it, I would have returned this one unused.

Shinese GI rented a 10’ truck, unaware that there is no loading ramp (horrible design flaw by the way). I realize that this is my own fault. HOWEVER, when I also rented a dolly, when the woman working there saw this (and we discussed the dolly), it would have been good (read normal) customer service to mention that there was no ramp on the truck. Unfortunately, the employee was too busy talking on the phone and ignoring customers. When I brought this up to her about the truck/dolly as I returned the truck (in hopes that she could help someone else avoid my mistake), she offered no apology and just stared at me blankly. I do NOT recommend this location.
Graham PAccording to my reservation (25683426) I was to pick the truck up right next door to my house. Instead I had to drive 10 miles. This was very inconvenient. Not to mention I left the truck with an extra half a tank of gas and then got charged $40 because I was over on my allotted mileage!!!
Heather TThe truck was still dirty from prior use! There were French fries on the floor by the seat. I ordered a furniture dolly and it wasn’t in the truck. The store was closed when I got there so I had to move my couch by myself without a dolly !

Chinthaka LManager did not have the rental blankets so she took it off of our order and never told us until we got back to the house to load items. We thoughts the blankets were in the back and they were not. She was not willing to help us. This is total crap that you work this way. We had to go buy blankets at a much higher price and could not return them. You should pay us back for those. I will not be renting from you again.
Lynn AWhen booking this on the Uhauls site it said this place was open on Sundays, but it was not. Though overall I had difficulty with the app, the return process was much easier than pick up and had no issues with the return.
Douglas DTruck was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. Rented the truck for 1 hour when the contract stated for 4 hours. Paid $30 upfront. Rode for 8 or 9 miles to do a pick up and was charged for $11 more. If I only used for 1 hour the 2 miles I went over could have been forgiven. Way over priced, will never use this location or company again.
