We didn't have a broom so we took a moving blanket and swept out the back of the truck and as best we could. The truck looked better than one we picked it up and yet we got charged $35 for a dirty truck fee. I assume the folks who operate this location get that money because that truck was fine. I assume they sweep the truck out a little better and collect 35 bucks and go.

Ken TI tried calling the number listed for the front desk to inform them I was at their location to drop off my trailer but nobody answered. I proceeded to drop off my trailer in the designated parking spot and called the front desk again to let them know I parked their trailer in the spot next to another one and the old man that owns or manages the place told me to “call before I come on his damn property” and hung up on me. I do not recommend doing business with someone that treats customers like this.

DENICE WThis experience has been awful! The original facility where we reserved and were suppose to pick up the truck had a handwritten note stating they were closed for the entire day (I have a time stamped photo). We then called Uhaul and were directed us to American Self Storage where it took B. Culpepper almost an hour to get the paperwork taken care of due to technology issues before we could leave. You can imagine working in a tight deadline to get moved in a 24 hour period and now over 2 hours had been lost. There have been 3 charges on my credit card, the original charge (which was correct), a second charge that was fraudulent and a third charge which was a duplicate of the original charge. When I called Uhaul, I was transferred from one rep to another, on hold for extended time periods until I was told that my husband was the only person they could talk to because he was the "driver". In the meantime, I called and left a message at the facility where these charges originated only to be called and told that he was busy and he'd call back. As I proceeded to ask him a question, he hung up. He called back an hour later and upon finding out that I had involved my bank, he became short tempered and hung up on me again. Worst experience ever with Uhaul
