I asked to have in person pick up but no one was there, so had to call number on door no one answered. Called U-hauls 800 number to get things straightened out. Then had to used website to pick up truck. That was a pain website was lagging. Took over 45 minutes to pickup truck just to find out they didn't give us the utility dolly.

Uhaul was clean on the inside, with the smell of cat litter. Box truck was in okay condition, quite a decent bit of exterior damage not shown in pictures when picked up

Pamela HThis was the worst experience I have ever had. I will never use a U-Haul again, or recommend it anymore. The fees they add on are ridiculous and overpriced. I was missing 2 dollys and the lady I talked to on the phone was extremely unprofessional. She didn’t help me at all, was advising me to go to another U-Haul store and calling before I go to see if they have dollys but to “ be aware you can call but they probably won’t have any dollys even though they said they do” customer service was not helpful, not sympathetic. Said that “ we never know where our dollys are and shouldn’t be selling them anymore. We relied on these dollys as we were moving, had to extend another day with the U-Haul because i was on hold for an hour without dollys and didn’t have enough time ti move everything. We had to go to home depot and take time from moving to do that. So we had to extend the U-Haul, because of your guys mess up. So frustrating. So unprofessional and will never use a U-Haul again.

Tom PEmployee was late. But it was rainy so I’m sure traffic played a part. The truck squealed like a belt was messed up. The front of the cargo area leaked and got all my stuff towards the front soaked from the weather. I got a uhaul so it wouldn’t get wet, but it still got wet.

Mike RI rented a 26 foot truck. It ran good and AC was excellent. But the ram we fought for 2 days. It came out real easy but when you tried to lock it in place it took of us to lift it up to lock it in place it would not lock. The locking mechanism didn't work. Then when we slide it back it would not work correctly. Then when I tried starting the truck you had to juggle the key up and down because the key would not turn. Ford's same old problem I had when I first bought Fords was still there after 45 years. The Neutral Safety Switch wouldn't let the key to turn. Sorry to complain but the truck needs some work badly. The lady that helped me was a jewel. She did everything to help me. But moving all the furniture we didn't need a truck not working correctly.
Dennis MAmerican self storage charged me an extra trip because she entered my return day as the samosas the checked the truck in, which is not correct. I dropped the truck at 7/10 around 4 p.m. & put keys in lock box just like the lady in Antlers told me to do. Their surveillance should be able to verify. Also she said the tank was empty. It appeared to be on a quarter of a tank when I dropped it off on 7/10. If I need to pay the 30.00 fee for gas difference that is fine, but charging me 159 dollars is wrong.
Emily AWhen I rented this truck I requested four days and she charged me for five. She told me she couldn't change it and would have to call someone. I wanted to wait to take the truck until the charge was corrected but she assured me it would be taken care of. I have since called her and my overcharge still has not been corrected. I only had the truck for four days which is what I requested!

Nathan KThe truck was filthy. The location opened late. I cleaned the truck out as best I could after I finally got it. Couldn’t wait any longer. The lady even admitted she knew I was coming but. The truck itself had an alignment problem. If you didn’t hold it with a death grip, it would send you far right in a mere second. Not fun driving.
SUNNY TProvide a monitor to show charges as they are entered and a menu of other options with costs to provide knowledge of the things you have for sale. Such as boxes, moving pads, even labor by the hour!
SAMMY MWe were charged for 2 days rental on an appliance dolly that we had for 5 hours. Totally a scam ripping people off when in general moving is expensive. Not Happy!!!!!!!

When we arrived we were told one was not available, however we were still charged the $7.00 for it even though I noted on my return truck document that we did not receive. A representative was suppose to contact me and never did. It took a month to get the final invoice and the charge is still there. Waited 30 min on hold to speak to someone and never got through. The experience was fair. I believe the location, a storage facility, just isn't all that interested in the UHaule customers.

Clint RThe truck I received was way bigger than the truck I reserved. I also had to go to a location that was several miles further than the location I reserved it at. I did not want to drive a 26’ truck over 1000 miles, nor did I want to pay the extra gas money, as that was not in my budget. The lady at the rental place was wonderful, but my overall experience was very frustrating.

William LHave an alternate option to using solely the website to check things out. I had massive problems using the 24/7 check in option. The location's office was also under renovations so checking in on the computer was out. The office manager also had issues getting the website to work and eventually had to call in to check out the truck. This wound up delaying my trip significantly.
Hilare MI was charged for equipment i didnt even use (furniture pads and a dolly). The lady in the front office was not very helpful and it seemed like she didnt know what she was doing. It took us almost an hour to get the uhaul check out ao that we could leave.

Danny CNo signs or anything to let me know I was in the right place. They were closed at 1:30 in the afternoon for lunch, but someone happened to show before I just used the drop box. The guy didnt bother to inspect the truck at all and was fairly rude about it. If I get an additional charge I am going to pretty angry.
