My reservation was transferred here due to equipment not available at another location. I arrived at 5:43 pm and the office was closed. The posted closing time was 6:00 pm. I ended up using truckshare 24/7 to pickup the truck.

I'm concerned I'll get charged twice . The lady at nw 63 was incredible. She's the best professional and should train your new employees and the short girl in the edmond ( outside , not the desk girl) Store was exceptionally friendly and helpful. These were the best 2 uhaul employees ever. They need recognition for making moving a little better!
