All in all the facility was great good customer service only downfall the trailer I Originally scheduled to pick up was defective though the situation was made right I was promised a discount and I am still owed money back from early drop off that I have not received yet

You have a treasure in Jackie knighten, she was extremely professional and helpful . I will be need a uhaul again fairly soon and I will go there to get it no doubt.

Everything was great, unfortunately I did not get the ladies name that helped me with the truck...she was absolutely amazing!

Still trying to understand why my card was charged an additional $42.00 separate from the $131.17 invoice. The invoice was the settled payment, the vehicle cleaned, the gas tank completely full. Yet my card was hit for $42.00 and as far as I know, there is no rational or justifiable reason why this standalone charge hit my account. I am expecting it to be credited to my account, ASAP.

Jackie at American self storage is wonderful. I recommend this u haul rental location bc she is accommodating, knowledgeable and honest. I'll always rent my trucks here.

Cab of vehicle was dirty, with a very strong odor of smoke. At least there was no trash in the vehicle.

Jackie has been great to work with. She always has gone out of her way to accommodate us.

The uhaul was originally missing a gas cap. I was able to get one from uhaul down the street where they had to cut one off another truck. The truck cab shook really bad at anything over 55 mph. The tires on the front were basically bald. It's amazing we made the 700 mile trip without a blow out especially since I was traveling with a 16 year old.

Back of uhaul was filled with leaves, rear passenger side tail light is out, and the truck made a horrible screeching sound when starting to go up a hill.

Jackie was amazing professional and super helpful she made the process easy and she was so sweet I would definitely recommend this location to any and everyone and return

Other than a rough ride, the truck was awesome! The truck share 24/7 was great also! The location doesnt have a uhaul key box, so I still had to go and talk to someone, but it was still a lot quicker then renting through a person! U-Haul is really stepping up their game! Great job!

Ever uhaul place needs a way to know what the other is doing and each franchise should have the same rules and regulations. When you are told one thing and go to another place and they tell you opposite thing. Then they try to stick you with more money you are not expecting, that is not good business at all

The cab of the truck had not been cleaned. There was still trash (cigarette wrappers, paperwork, french fries, etc.) in the cab from the previous rental. I am not allowed to turn the truck back in in that condition. Also, I had to scrape ice off of the windshield before being able to drive the truck. Would have been nice to have had that already done.

This facility is what U-Haul should look like and promote. The staff was very helpful and efficient. All went well on this end. Thanks

I usauallynise the NW Expreseay location with no problems. The equipment I requested was not on the truck and she applied the insurance which I denied. She stated she would remove when the transaction was complete and did not. Will never use at this location again

Did not have the supplies as requested for my move. Had to drive to a different Uhaul location to receive the remainder of my supplies.

I can say that the reservation I made online to renting a storage unit and returning the vehicle there also was a good choice , the manger Alyshea was excellent in all regards , wish there were more individuals with her great customer service skills . Thank you very much . . .

Great experience. I will only use U Haul!

The mileage is why to high. Truck price was good but I paid more for mileage . Service was good

Horrible location.

They claimed to have inspected the truck for the 1,000+ trip we were making - LIES!! ALL LIES! That junk we had to travel in shook and shimmied the whole trip, as if the wheels were going to fly off!!! The doghouse was so burning hot, that we had to drive and sit in a cramped position to keep from burning our legs off!! UHaul should've NEVER used an Econoline Van for a moving TRUCK!!! THEN, this "inspected vehicle" blew out a tire at 70mph and loaded!!! UHaul should consider themselves as fortunate as we were not to wreck and die!! I will NEVER use UHaul again! I will NEVER recommend your half-assed company to anyone I care about, because your equipment is substandard and dangerous, and your staff is substandard, as well!

This person barely knew what she was doing. It took forever to get the uhaul checked out. The lady forgot the dolly I had requested and the truck was parked in such a way it was very difficult to get out of the location.

It took too long to get the van. computer problems and employee inexperience.

Darla the manager was quite helpful when realized the truck we reserved was probably too small. Darla waited on line patiently with a rep to take care of us. This was the first time we have rented from this location. Typically use the one on Memorial in OKC would probably go back there. This is the 2nd rental in 3wks for us and probably about the 5th rental in 4 yrs for us.
