MIKE MI love that you had a van for moving purposes, it was new, clean and just right for what I had to move.. More locations should have one on hand because not every needs a truck!

Thomas Cthe sun visor was completely broken off and the handle to crank the window was broken. there was mud all over the floor in the drivers spot. the cord that connected the gas cap to the vehicle was also broken. the guy behind the counter was nice and did his job well but the state of the truck was just a bit rough
Peter HThe engine sounded AWFUL, this truck needs some work and the interior smelled like smoke really bad. I like this location and the crew is always super easy to work with. The truck was just making some not so great noises

HENRY EIt should be noted that digital check in is not available at this location. I had opted to pick up without going into the office, but that was not the case. I had to go in and do all of the paperwork.

DANIEL SI made reservations to pick up my U-Haul truck with a utility dolly and they overcharged me for the Dolly when I already reserved it and then the people that were in there were very rude and nasty very unprofessional. I will never be back at this U-Haul again.
Nour AAsked about my trip & when I explained the issues he proceeded to blow me off to your 800 number. Didn’t even have the professional courtesy to make eye contact. Also I need an actual invoice breaking down my charges. Every receipt I’ve got shows $0, but y’all charged my credit card no problem.

Robert TThe gentleman was very nice. However, I’m ashamed at UHaul in general. He had ONE 4x8 trailer available. He could have had room for one more, or not her selection… I will not be renting from UHaul again due to such a minimal selection available, let lone I had to drive 15 miles out of my way to go get the ONE trailer that seemed to be the ONLY one available. No mention of a $60 cash deposit anywhere, and if it was, it was tiny print; which was and is inconvenient. Some people refuse to have credit cards, and I am one of them. People still use paper checks and carry paper money. I will however, continue to shop at this ARC because heir store is just adorable. I will never shop at UHaul again. You swindle people into getting the next product available because you want more money and limit the selections available. No. Thanks.
John RI am old and had great difficulty removing the 6x12 trailer i could have been easily injured

I reserved online, scheduled a pickup and drop off time, went to pickup vehicle, showed proof of liscence and address, gave credit card information, signed, and got keys.. inspected the vehicle and took pictures, and we were off.. I will use them again and will recommend them also. Thank you for such a smooth, easy deal..

Sondra ALet customers know in advance that their vehicle can not be kept at this location during the rental period. Otherwise, excellent service!

James WI actually chose a different pick up location originally because this one was farther away. But a couple days before I received a call from uhaul changing my location…. Which was really inconvenient as it meant a farther drive, more gas and more time for me. The biggest concern I had was that the location was not going to be open when I needed to pick up, but they assured me the mobile check in would be smooth. It was absolutely not. It look over an hour and multiple phone calls to support. Once we finally got the truck we also had to take a ton of new pictures because ALL of the truck pictures were old and there were huge issues not captured in the pictures, including a dented front bumper. On top of that, once we finally got the truck ready to drive, we opened the back and the moving pads I had paid for were not in there. And the location was closed so I had to call support several more times because no one knew how to help me and finally I ended up having to drive to my original pick up location to get them. In summary, it took my 4 hours to pick up this truck when I was told only 10 minutes. This delayed my entire move by a day.
