Customer Service is terrible. The man is rude and has no consideration for anyone. Calls you to threaten you then doesn't even have the balls to stay on the phone he hangs up on you. I'd carry my stuff from house to house before I ever go back to this location. Wish I knew his name to call him out, but I'm sure if you deal with this location you'll be able to point him out.Melanie W.

I have a business credit card. When I went to use it they said I couldn't use it because my name was not on it. I have used it at other U-Haul pickups without a problem. I have used this card other business without a problem. I had to use my own card to get the trailer.charles F.
We were very pleased with our experience with this U-Haul location. Other rentals we contacted...including Home Depot...could not guarantee us that a truck would be available when we needed it. The counter person was very friendly and helpful. This is the place we will go to for any further rental needs.ted M.

The very idea that I needed to purchase a different hitch pin is asinine. If U-Haul employees take a picture of the setup, there is absolutely no good reason not to use the very same hitch pin that has millions of trouble free miles on it.Lane D.

Auto transport trailer was located behind the building, in weeds and mud, behind old vehicles that needed to be moved to gain access to it. The wiring was bad and it had no running lights. The dealer could not fix it, do we took it without these lights. It had 3 damaged area's; each photographed to document, bad tires on one side, and should not have been on the fleet of rentable trailers in its condition.naydine W.

My location was changed multiple times no thanks to uhaul thankfully the actual rental company where I picked up the uhaul was more help than anyone else from the actual company.Ashanti B.
The uhaul I usually rent from has nice vehicles, none available. This was an older vehicle, loud, auto shifted hard, cab looked like someone had sand or salt spill everywhere. I pre-registered, still had to wait half an hour. No parking on the lot nothing online to warn me. no compensation for the time it took to drivie my vehicle back and having to find someone to dive me back, lost over an hour of time, charged an extra day because I needed almost the full 6 hours I rented it for originally. No one in the office on return even though it wad still open,, called out in room and back room, had to leave key in drop box. Very poor experience all around. I will avoid American rental center and stick with a uhaul center!Rosanna L.
I was told when I arrived that they would tow my vehicle away if I parked it there so I had to call somebody to come and pick up my vehicle for the few hours that I was renting there's very sloppy and unprofessional not a place you want to go totodd L.
This location was really good but I would never recommend uhaul to anyone that needs it. I was lied to about the coverage & then told I need to contact their insurance company. This company doesn't care about your vehicle or property. All they care about is getting your money then turning their back on you when there is an issueMICHAEL E.

The person working at the location rushed me through the paperwork and didn't show me the part where they were aware of a â€œtemporary fix of the box and that I accept that water damage might happenâ€. I saw this in my wad of paperwork after water damage DID happen. A large box of DVDs were water damaged and many books of mine were ruined. This is unacceptable and they should have at least gave me a heads up that this was a potential issue rather than try to hide it from me. U-Haul should hold them accountable and not let them rent that truck until they professionally fix it and have it inspected by a U-Haul representative that cares about their customers.Joshua C.

When I came in one of the workers was very rude . Was 5 minutes late retuning the u haul due to Construction and you charged me for it . Why did you take $43?out of my account the next day ? I put gas in it too . I just think you should be fair to your customers and friendly to your customers when they walk in the door .TONYA P.

I called roadside service at 12:30 and sat on hold for 30 minutes. When I finally got in for a tow, no one came within 90 minutes like promised because NO ONE dispatched anyone. I called again to get help and ANOTHER 90 MINUTES WENT BY BECAUSE NO ONE SENT HELP. I didn't get help for over 5 hours, I was stuck outside in the cold for 5 HOURS. Then you people have the audacity to charge me extra to not fill it up like we could have but shouldn't have to when I had to run the truck just to stay remotely warm. Insane, I will not return to U-Haul.kaylee G.

The equipment and process was easy. The actual facility staff started off a little intense. Simple questions were answered gruffly and somewhat rude. Not sure if it was because I was a female or just a bad day. When I returned the vehicle they were much friendlier. I would prefer not to go back but would if they had what I needed.Cassandra H.

First time renting uhaul for a long distance move was not informed no locking mechanism on truck door and had to stop overnight with no secure truck. The passenger side door would not unlock with key (broken) so literally had to crawl across cab of truck to unlock for passenger..I am almost 60 years old and not an easy task.Laura T.

This is actually the second time I've rented something from American rental centers and I've had no issues either time. I actually had to go inside to get my key and the owner came out right away and helped me and was very polite. I have no complaints.Chelsea W.
We had problems with movers and had to have more time than expected moving and the bill was way out of control ! I am now iverdrafted at my bank because of the reduculous bill we we're given!! I feel taken afvantage of to the extreme . I'm awaiting surgery walking on crutches and my husband and I were trying to do this move as fast as possible and then to see â€˜tis bill was just unbelievable !! I can't work barely walk and the ungodly Amount iof money we are being charged is used up my whole SSIcheck Which has now overdrafted my bank account and used my ssi deposit for the month !Debra S.
