The only issue I had was parking. I went to pick up the truck by myself, but the location has limited parking. If you're by yourself, you have to park somewhere else and walk back to get the truck. The situation is easily resolved by bringing along a second driver for the car as long as you know in advance.

The first trailers lighting wires were rotted. We ended up going to another place in canton and no one was there. Even though the main #for your company called them. After contacting the 800#. AGAIN. the person I talked to said just take it and she fixed the numbers on the contract. Point is. I reserved this a week in advance only to have to run all over to get what I reserved. If these places get any kind of commission or anything, I think I haul needs to check them out better.

Very nice experience. The gentleman couldn’t be any nicer. He knew all the info I needed and answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable. I would recommend this location to anyone needing a truck rental.

Was not happy I was charged .79 per mile, I went under 50 miles and was told it would be cheaper than .79 per mile if under 50 miles. Also mileage on vehicle was lower than what I was billed for, last numbers were 855.0 was charged for 855.1. Would like an adjustment for cost of mileage, when I was told if under 50 miles, mileage rate would be cheaper. I sent picture if dashboard with mileage and fuel tank. Why was I charged for 855.1 when it was 855.0? And why was I charged .79 per mile when under 50 miles?

This place is incredibly dirty - Does UHaul have minimum quality standards for its locations? In addition, the gentleman who helped me was very rude. Perhaps he was having a bad day but his attitude is unacceptable. When I called UHaul and made the reservation they assured me that someone there would help me tie down my motorcycle. WHen I arrived and asked for help, this location told me, "No way! You have to do that yourself. We are not permitted to touch your stuff." So.. which is it?

Uhaul messed up my reservation and gave away the truck that they said they had available for me. Didn't find out until the day before I needed it. Head to ggp out of my way to pick up the truck. Terrible customer services. Not the fault of the rental facility where I got the truck. They were great!

They wouldn't accept my personal check so I had to put it on credit card, I didn't want to pay cash because it would leave me short if something happens so I was forced to use a credit card

The customer service was fine. The quality of the truck was not. It was difficult to drive. The steering was off, I had to keep turning the wheel back and for to stay in my lane. I would have taken it back but time was pressing. The more I drove the harder it got to balance going straight. This truck shouldn’t have been available to rent.

I cannot address a specific improvement but will point out that: a. They were very understanding when I called & informed I may need an extra day [didn't happen]. b. Were grateful when I advised that truck "pulled to right", pulling it for inspection.

Fix your entire system so that a confirmed rental comes through as expected. Don't wait until the day before to call and tell the customer that they have to drive 14 miles to get the trailer.

Tha fact that the UHaul died and I hadn't even used it yet and then was charged nearly $150 for the day that I had to wait on a jump is completely asinine. It would have been back when it was supposed to if the equiptment didn't fail.

The website for uhaul sucks. I realize that you guarantee equipment but being sent all over Gods creation to pick it up is more than frustrating and I hate it. One must contact dealers individually if they want to receive good service.

I returned the vehicle and the employee said the mileage and amount I refueled it was OK. Days later, I was charged for underfueling the vehicle even though I put in a gallon more than I needed to before I returned it. The manager refused to resolve the situation. Two years ago, a Yelp reviewer of this location had the EXACT same problem.

I reserved after hours by phone for next day pick-up in morning got text message to confirm I called number confirm my pick up noticed in message that location of my pickup was changed to a different location from my original order so I pisificaly asked about it they told me my pick up was at original location so I go there I arrive at location trucks are there but nobody at location so I call same number that I called from text message this time uhaul says my pick up is at location I had questioned on the earlier text and told me there was no parking at location so I can't leave my car im by myself so now I have to drive 20 minutes back home to get someone to come with me for pick up I had a schedule meeting with this truck I lost 40 minutes in drive time thanks to this stupidity then I get to location for pickup and loose enoughter 30 minutes renting truck after I had already did mobile checking truck great service terrible apparently corporate uhaul and it's dealers not work together I complained to dealer about this situation he only offered that I needed to call corporate with issue next time rental will be with different company

The location was not the one I requested. Also, when I got there a sign on the door said I could not park my car on their property. I think that's extremely inconvenient. Luckily, the O-Reilly's Auto Parts store next door let me park my car in their lot. If they had said no I would have have been very very inconvenienced. Also, on the truck I used the righthand mirror did not allow me to see anything I needed to. I couldn't adjust it because it snapped back into it's original position every time I moved it. That was scary to drive with. Finally, I felt that there was no explanation regarding the dropoff procedure. Was I supposed to just leave it there or was there something I should've recorded on the website? I have no idea. Pretty stressful.

The rear driver side tire was extremely low. I was told to fill the tank and I did. I only had the truck 5 hours and only 6 miles. It cost me over $16.00 to fill the tank. It wasn't made clear that the line had to be on full. I was told I didnt need to pay for gas after I already topped it off. Not real happy.

I enjoyed the ease of renting the uhaul truck and being able to go from there. i had a long day ahead of me and being able to pick up the truck and just go was awesome! don't try to leave your car in the parking lot tho!they tow!

There parking lot was apparently not big enough to leave my car there while I used the uhaul. Had to go pick up someone else to drive the car while I drove the uhaul. Wasted time and gas with this. Was not told before hand that would be the case.

Floor in the unit was pretty dirty. Was not swept or cleaned in awhile. Several of our items ended up with stains on them.

If you're a man, you will probably like this place, but from a woman's point of view it's dirty and unorganized. Theres a large dog that has the run of the shop so if dogs frighten you, stay away. Neither man I saw there talked at all except to say what they absolutely had to say to finish the transaction. No friendliness from either of them. It was unnerving and I was glad to get out of there.

The rental location supervisor did not understand the process of picking up without someone present at the location. I then moved my reservation with U-Haul to a different location. I stopped at the East Waterloo road location to confirm that my reservation was moved. They said they had it and it would be available at 6 am. I showed up at the location only to find that my reservation was moved back to the canton location somehow. It was inconvenient and costly in time. General rental center in canton also does not allow you to park your vehicle in the lot there and there is a sign on the door that you will be towed if you leave your car there. Very poor experience renting with U-Haul this time. Hope this review helps you improve for the next customer.
