I did not receive the dollies or furniture pads I rented. I disputed the charge upon return and was ignored. They went ahead and charged me for them.

The initial online app was a slight challenge. The layout caused several attempts and some frustration. On site pickup was another unsafe delay. Walking around the vehicle taking pictures, submitting information online on my phone during inclement weather is a little much to ask. Make sure your phone battery is charged. The process can add to your traveling "stress". Uhaul needs to work harder to streamline the process .
