The location was fine. My experience with the Uhaul app and check in was terrible. It makes the customer do all the work that employees are usually there to do. I was 40 minutes late to meet movers and had to pay them for more time. 24/7 pick up is not a good idea.STEVEN M.

After U-Haul switched my original reservation 4 times, I didnt find out until time to return that my drop off location was switched to my original pickup location. Not sure how that error occurred, but after informing the person at my preferred drop off location that I took it to, he informed me to call the 1-800 number and plan to sit on hold...good luck.Kyle S.

When we got there we received a van that had been tagged with graffiti. We returned the van EXACTLY as we received it. We moved a few pieces of furniture. Did not drink or eat in the van and still were charged a $25 cleaning fee. Really? Don't think doing a mobile pick-up and drop off is a good thing. Apparently the company thinks it is an easy way to get some extra money on charges that should not be there.Melissa M.

The facility was closed although posted hours should have been open. Posted phone numbers went to voice mail box that was full. The space was limited for drop off. Had to disconnect and leave trailer by myself. Extremely poor serviceJOYCE S.

The lack of interest, professionalism, and pride in service was so lacking when picking up the equipment which wasn't accurate to my order to begin with only to be followed by accusations of damage previously listed as being my fault that I will NEVER use a secondary company with U-Haul branded trucks. It was nothing like my previous experiences over the years and I have used U-Haul multiple times over the years since 2007.Beverly B.

We dropped off after hours-- I was disappointed that when I called them on Monday during their open hours and left a message for someone to call me, they NEVER did.... So we did not interact with any staff. Location was really close to where we moving so that was nice...DIANE K.

The BEST truck rental experience I have ever had. The location was excellent in every way. The only problem was beyond their control. I ordered a dolly. The location says they do not normally carry dollies and that their inventory is monitored when customers place orders. It would have been nice to know in advance that no dolly would be available. Not their fault. Again, the BEST truck rental experience (even without the dolly) and I would highly recommend them to anyone! ¡Gracias!Kay A.

The person who checked us in was friendly. I was given the wrong dolly: I asked for an appliance dolly and received a regular, small, rusty dolly that didn't work for the washer we were hauling. I had to call a friend to come over and bring his appliance dolly, yet I was charged for the dolly and had no way to make comments in the online check out system. It took us over one hour to use the app and rent the truck. We needed to be "verified" and the app kept asking for more phone numbers but wouldn't let us enter them (because they were already in the system). Finally (through chat) we were able to be verified. As we were trying to document damage, we lost connection to the app and received a confirmation email as if we were done. We spent the next 30 minutes on chat and phone documenting the damage (which was not in the photos), odometer reading, and fuel level. Returning went more smoothly, but I would never recommend the app to a friend based on its performance. Stacey was helpful on chat, but we waited between each communication from her, so the chat took a long time. She arranged for me to receive a copy of the chat by email and said it might take 24 hours. It has not arrived 23 hours later. Luckily, the movers we hired through U-haul were able to delay the start by 30 minutes and they did an incredible job for us.Ken M.
