I would never use this location again, never would I recommend anyone there! The lady was rude, rushing and just plain cocky! She didn't want to do anything. She gave us a trailer that was not even looked over by her or anyone else when it was dropped off. She told us U-haul wouldn't fix what the problem was until the tire or axle actually blows. She doesn't care about her customers, bring their safety for themselves, family and vehicle. She was telling us how much she hated doing uhaul, so why is she still doing it? She put my families life at risk instead of doing one of two things!

I would prefer that you make improvements in your reservation system. I made a reservation at one location that was convenient for vehicle pick up, only to be called two days before to say they would not have my vehicle at that location and I would have to go to another. Why can't I get a vehicle at the location I reserve it at? The women at both locations were pleasant and helpful, but constrained by this policy.
