Truck was empty and dirty in the cab when I picked it up. Barely had enough gas to make it to a gas station.

The truck was parked in mud. Had to get pulled out. Fortunately there was a nice young man on-site that did not work for uhaul helped. The truck was clean but smelled overwhelming like urine. Had to deodorize ourselves overnight or would have been unbearable for 12 hour trip!!! Also, truck leaked as it rained causing items to get wet. Not fun having wet boxes and having to unpack and carry items up 2 flights of stairs individually!
