I reserved a 12 foot cargo trailer, and I ended up with an 8 foot trailer. I was not happy about that, and it was a problem for me. That is my take away from this experienceRoss E.
I will be calling Uhual about this place. My boyfriend had to hook up the trailer himself without any help. They did not check the equipment for any damages or even walk outside with us. It is unacceptable.Blake C.

There were a lot of issues associated with the return of my equipment at this location. Due to not having a dedicated system for the uhaul return and the use of only digital documents, nearly 30 minutes was wasted trying to simply log into the system to return the equipment. Additionally, I was told after 10-15 minutes that I needed to log in online and perform the return myself. This also did not go well as the site would not allow me to upload the pictures of the odometer. This was attempted multiple times (5+) without success. Eventually, the personnel inside the store were able to get into the system to help with the return. This was by far the most complicated return of a uhaul I have ever experienced.Marcos V.

The drop off location was not a dedicated UHaul business - it was really a convenience store/state Lotto seller/UHaul business. UHaul is definitely the third leg of the business. The man who helped me was nice enough, but I was the one who unhitched the chains from the trailer to the receiver. He could not figure out how to do it. Sort of annoying, since I was pretty tired after driving a full trailer and helping unload it. Just beware and don;t expect what the full-up UHaul dealers can/do offer.Timothy D.

It would have been nice if we could have picked up our truck in LaGrange where i live, instead of having to drive 20 miles to Hogansville to get the truck and have to drive by to LaGrange 20 miles to start putting in furniture so we can move.So please allow that extra 20 miles to the mileage I was given, because that wasn't my fault for the extra mileage due to pickup location.Kim G.

I declined coverage at my reservation. It stayed $89 die at pick up. Upon pick up, the clerk added protection against my will and charged $138Barbara G.

When checking in the Uhaul. The cashier made you feel like you were bothering her. She start checking it in and in the middle of it a customer walked in and told me me to wait and waited on them. Very unprofessional. The check out was good no worriestammy S.
