My wire harness connectors were working and theirs were not. They made me buy their connectors for their trailer or they would not let me leave. I was in a hurry so I had to fix their trailer. Better arrive early if your going to deal with these people.

This was not my preferred location, nor did U-Haul let me know that was where I needed to go to get the truck. I went to my preferred location are they had to call U-Haul to track down my order to find out where I needed to go. Also couldn't get over 60mph in the truck without it feeling like the front end was going to come apart. Need to let people know that if they take a truck back after-hours, to check it in with their phone. We were charged for an extra day. Had I known that I would have kept the damn thing an extra day and not worried about killing ourselves to unload it! Not good U-Haul, not good.

Wanted to comment that the customer service from the first front office assistant when we first picked up the vehicle that morning was EXCELLENT. She was right on top of things, very friendly and helpful. The vehicle worked perfectly for our needs until we got home with it that evening (we were moving our daughters back from college). The back door would not open - we think the bottom latch was stuck. No big - we just used the side door. But when we returned the van that evening, the second front office assistant was extremely rude and accusatory. She had TERRIBLE customer service skills, poor attitude, and was not dressed appropriately to greet customers. I would highly recommend this rental location provided customers did not encounter the second assistant that worked that evening. The business runs a risk of loosing potential customers because of her work ethic.

The rachets on the tow dolly need grease. I mentioned that when I dropped it off so he may have already done it. I tried to call this location a couple times before I came, with a question about tow hitches, and couldn't get through.

When we picked up the truck the woman was wonderful but the truck had no gas in it. So we were late getting to our appointment. Furthermore, the gentleman that took the truck back was rude, smoking and overall a real jerk. So, I simply tried to average the scores. She was great, he was horrible and would probably not recommend.

First truck I rented was over booked. So they set me up with one in Nicholasville which was almost an hour away from where I needed to pick up my stuff. Then I talked to someone about the over booking. Never received an apology just gave ma a $50.00 credit and asked if that was all and hung up. Rented a truck for the following Sunday received the SAME call that the trucks were over booked and I could pick one up an hour away. This lady was much nicer and set me up with a 24 hour set up for a larger truck than I needed. Then comes the day of the pick up. I get there and I notice that there is no 24 hour set up. So I have to call again. 3rd lady was very nice and stayed on the phone with me while she set the 24 hour up and to make sure I got the keys okay. Once everything was said and done I opened the back to check the truck was clean and there were items still in there as well as nails and screws on the floor I had to clean out before I loaded my furniture so I wouldn't risk damaging it which I documented and sent in pictures. I then get in the truck to head to pick up my stuff and notice I only got the regular dolly when I requested the appliance dolly. Needless to say this whole experience has been an absolute nightmare. Uhaul my be cheaper but I'll be more than happy to pay someone else extra the next time I move.

Feel like I was charged an extra day. I was told they were closed on Sunday and wasn't told to have the uhaul back at the same exact time as when I checked it out. It was returned 3 hours late per uhaul. If you are closed on Sunday I was under the impression as long as it was returned on on the day required it was ok bc uhaul was closed.

Everything was great till they charged us $17 extra for gas.... We left the gas tank exactly the same it was before using the U-Haul and then before delivering it back, we went to the gas station and fill up the tank as it was in the begining (7/8). We call to claim the money back, since it was not fair, and the woman in charge was rude and didn't helped us at all. This is such a horrible customer service, would rather take the furniture myself with any other truck next time... JJ & Lucy

The location where I returned the van was scary at night. So I would recommend the location to a friend but I would tell them to drop off the vehicle during daylight or take someone with them at night. The return process was challenging to me. First, the contract number was not clear. There are multiple numbers on the contract. I figured it out by process of elimination. Then, the process would not accept my location finder, which was activated in my phone. I had to go get someone else to come help me and use her phone (the process recognized her phone location). Getting in and out of the van was difficult for me. So having to get in and out multiple times to take pictures of various parts of the van was very uncomfortable. When I finally completed the process and went to drop off the key, there was a sign that said to include paperwork. I had no paperwork to include except for my contract. The contract said to keep the contract. In the end, I dropped in the key without paperwork. I figured the survey was enough or someone would call me. The personnel were initially very helpful and polite, but I wish I had been given some detail about the return process. I thought I would just drop off the key and then I would be emailed some questions. Bottom line: The pick-up was easy; the drop-off was difficult. Would I do it again? I do not think it would be fair of me to answer that question until I am far away from the experience to be objective. But I thank you for allowing me to use your equipment.
