Agent had everything wrong. First he said insurance 13 dollars correct. I said no eight dollars. Then he said total rental 94 dollars. I said no it is 30-40 dollars. He said you are renting for 4 days correct i said no 1 day. I had filled out the complete rental documentation on line so he was just trying to get away with something.michael M.

Awful! Never go to American Food Store! Go somewhere else! The guy who was there charged me almost double because of no reason! And when I contacted them to ask about reason, they never answered! They charge you a lot for nothing! That was an extremely bad experience. I never go back there. I don't use uhaul equipment anymore. You can find lots of better moving companies much cheaper.Amir S.
The truck and windshield were dirty and the back of the truck had not been swept out. Someone had obviously been smoking in the cab. But the experience was good and the people helping me were friendly and polite.JOHN A.
No signs anywhere to let us know that the location of this facility is a /MarketLiquor store. Since no other store fronts were open we walked in and asked "where is the U-haul place" and the man said (with a mouth full of food and brushing crumbs out of his beard) that he was it. The whole set up was so unprofessional. Since he was running his primary business we had to take photos of the truck and such because he couldn't leave the business to go look himself and we had to wait between Market/ liquor store customers before our transaction could be finished.Timothy M.
The equipment available for rent was very limited. Specifically, no furniture dollies. Also a limited amount of blankets (but adequate for my purpose). That was the reason for my "average" rating. Otherwise, it would have rated "excellent'.Martha V.

Make sure the gas tanks do not have holes in them and don't try to blame the customer for it knowing the customer did no do it. Didn't appreciate being told I did it. I am so glad I took pictures and had proof it wasn't me.Teresa W.

Counter person gave my daughter a hard time about our reservation. Filthy truck!!!!! We found someone's medications in the door storage area. Steering wheel we sticky we wiped it off with a baby wipe and it was brown and nastyDevon P.

I was put to the side when store customers entered to by things at the store. Also I wanted to pick up the truck in Folsom but had to do it in OrangevaleFrank S.
The quote given to me was not what was charged on my credit card and I have addressed my concern to Uhaul and attached my receipt but have no had any response at all in regards to the issue. Because of this I would most likely Not recommend using uhaul again until the matter is resolved.Sindy M.
Dare you Hall, I would like to log a formal complaint. I rented a 10 foot truck, and when I got a copy of the charges, I was charge for three days instead of two. When I called the store, they said there was nothing they could do to help me. They weren't rude, but they were of no help. Why was I charged for three days instead of two? customer service for this transaction was horrendous. I got there and they said your not in the system. I then had to call UHAUL and punch a million buttons and wait to find out my reservation was not ready even though UHAUL had sent me a confirmation email. After my reservation was "approved" i was finally able to get my truck and be late to my scheduled appointment.Glenn J.

Double charged me for the rental. Added two days of insurance I did not request. Drove 50 miles and made me fill up the entire thing ($30). Sales rep wasn't helpful. Uhaul charged me in order to refund me 3-5 business days later. What a joke.Melanie R.

It was picked up quickly but I was given no paperwork and had to call in 3 times to get a contract emailed to me for travel. Air Conditioning NOT working - all the way to southern Nevada - HOT! Registration in vehicle impossible to reach - jammed in behind the drivers seat.Theodore H.

The rental truck was on the â€œdispatchâ€ system but not in the â€bookingâ€ system which make the attendant get confused if the rental was actually booked and delayed the pick up by about 45 min. In the order I asked for a hand duly which was not available at the picking location.Vinicius D.
