The parking lot is extremely small for trying to get a trailer in and out. Ease of convenience it not there. I had to load the trailer myself without anyones help, or even an inspection before I drove it down the road. Luckily I knew what I was doing and checked all lights, tires, and inside trailer before I departed.

When I walked in there was a note that gave me a number to call if I need assistance. This was Saturday at 3:00pm. Attendant had a hotel bell to ring for service and a noisy dog.

Had to wait for someone to come out and replace a tire. The tire was low and there was a screw in the tire. It took about an hour for someone to come fix it. We were in a safe place. Someone should've known the tire was going flat before I was given the truck to drive a long distance. Air was put in the tire before we got on the rd and we made it to our destination.

Fix problems with equipment prior to renting them out again. Light on tow Dollie did not turn on during normal running lights and rim had severe bent and needs to be replaced now.

I originally scheduled for a pickup location less than 5 miles from the house and it was switched to more than 35 miles away. This required me spending extra for gas which I have not been reimbursed for.

Unpleasing experience the truck that I reserve wasn't there I had to settle for a smaller truck and I think I over charge I will not be using uhaul services again

The truck felt like the transmission was about to give out and needed power steering fluid. Felt very unsafe driving this truck. For the amount I had to pay to rent a truck this was terrible ! Also the mileage, very very conservitive on miles.

I rented my truck online through the UHaul website. I was contacted days later and told the truck I rented was not available in my area. I was offered a truck in my destination location. The cost was going to be $29.95. I asked the lady if there were going to be any other rental fees or charges and she said no. Just $29.95 for the truck and $0.89 per mile. I arrived that morning to pick up my truck. The man reported that the UHaul website was down. He said he didn;t know how to fill out the paper forms as they have never had to. He took a copy of my charge card and license. He said I would need to come back monday morning to sign the paperwork that should have been ready that morning. I said that was fine. He handed me the keys and sent me off to start my move. I returned the truck on the same day at 6pm. Sunday morning, in an email from my bank, I discovered that my card was charged $104. Monday morning, I arrived to be told the truck was low on gas. I would be charged $30.00. I told him I was aware of the charge to my bank account already. He said he was charging for the gas fee, the mileage fee, use of a dolly which was tied to the wall of the truck. I had to untie it to not lose moving space but thought it was only going to be a $7 charge. At the end of all of this, a rental that was made inconvenient by UHaul was compounded by the location I was sent to to pick up the truck. $200. plus later, it wasn't worth the money spent.

The vehicle was clean but older....the breaks went crazy on me at the end and I had to use some serious muscle to stop the large vehicle....Other than that I had no problems. I think that when something goes wrong with the vehicle, the customer should be offered some sort of compensation.

The location could not have been more helpful. My problem is that the location that I made reservations with was 6 miles from house, but the pick up place was changed to 18 miles away. At .89 cent a mile and the extra time to travel it was a bit of a hassel.

When you transfer a rental to another location, the difference in distance should be complimentary. This is a fault in the uhaul system and should not be an issue for the client.

The obviously outdated truck had a major gas leak and had to be towed away. They still charged me full price, including the miles it was towed!

A reminder of the location of the headlight control on the vehicles. The older style pull-knob on the lower left of the dash, lower than the steering wheel, near the door, is an old style that many new drivers may not be familiar with and caused some chaos when nightfell trying to locate the headlight controls (in newer vehicles, usually on the turn signal arm)

Help customer secure trailer to persons vehicle because it was not done for us and could've been disasterous. Lower trailer lights were inoperable.

Very frustrating dealing with agent who is learning English although they tried hard to help. Due to language issue this was not the location I wanted to pick up from. Hire folks that speak English.

Manager had no idea how to run the business. He was very hard to understand, the trucks, I feel are falsely advertised for the amount of space, I ended up having to get another truck from a different company because I was unable to fit all my belongings in the truck for one trip. This made for a lot of wasted money because I was going by what uhaul recommended for a House with 2 bdrs. This was without a doubt the worst moving experience I have had.

Couldnt understand the agent and he kept asking me if I rented a dolly or blankets, and fuel level. He also asked me about the damage on the truck that was already there. Everything should be in the contract, however he kept asking me questions. Not very customer friendly.

Person at counter was not helpful. Had no idea of what I reserved nor anything about the equipment. Reserved items that were not there and told me I could drive across town to get it. Thanks for nothing. Find anyone else but this place to rent. That is what I did next time.

The trailer did not have any running lights but it did have brake lights and he turn signals did work. I told the manager about the lights before I left, but he said they were not supposed to work and this was the only trailer the size I needed that he had.
