Location was fine, but as it is a liquor store it was actually hard to tell that it was the pickup location. Also, though I had ordered blankets they had none. I was not charged for them and they said they keep asking u-haul not to remove them from the web site as something you can order.DAN L.

I was not aware that this was a party store and not a UHaul store. I assumed that I was supposed to get the key out of the lock box. I spent 20 minutes outside on one of the coldest day trying to get the box open, looking on line and trying to get through to someone on the phone. I finally got someone on the phone who told me to go into the store. The person behind the counter made fun of me for not coming in sooner. I had no idea that trucks were any place other than a UHaul business proper. I was very annoyed and cold.Cathleen M.

tough to identify where the drop off was and where the truck should go. i had to call to identify the drop box and that the truck was in the correct location. the first operator mentioned that the key drop should be near a pay off, there was no pay phone. after transfer we identified the drop box, but there was minimal instructions which concerned me. this was during a five hours but i could not receive a receipt until later, given our pickup experience this may us feel uneasy about just dropping the truck.Matt D.

Location was small and not well kept. The employee did not seem knowledgable about the equipment and I ended up booking up the trailer myself. I did NOT want the SafeTow insurance, but it was added to my bill anyways (I didn't have my reading glasses on so I didn't see it when I signed the paper). I went to the Cooley Lake address that is listed on Google. I just googled U-Haul near me. That's exactly what I did the night before when I reserved it. I'm not sure if you can get an old address off or not but that might be helpful otherwise all was very good!Dixie G.
Rented a 12x6 dual axle trailer to move a couple pianos. Reasonable price for a very good quality trailer. U-Haul has the easiest reservation practice of anything I have borrowed. I have rented their trailers for years and the process is easy. I always go in expecting a glitch - not there, higher price than quoted, claiming I damaged something I did not, etc. - but never had a single issue. The staff at all the different locations I have used have always been very helpful and knowledgeable, which I also do not expect, but am always pleasantly surprised. Thank you, U-Haul.
