Michelle CThere were no dash lights I left when it was daytime but by the time the sun went down, I realized there were no dash lights. I couldn’t see how fast I was going. I couldn’t see how much gas I had. It was very nerve-racking and extremely dangerous I would not recommend renting any equipment from these people ever for any reason whatsoever. I have half of mind to sue them for putting me in that truck.

BRIAN NCouldn't get the GPS to locate. Spent 45 min with tech support. Was way more expensive than we had planned. Vehicle smelled like gasoline and needs an alignment. Very rough ride.
Bruce OEquipment always good. Been here several times to rent gear for myself and others, and Amber is always fast and friendly with the dispatch. Sorry I was 45 minutes late bringing the last one back. I did the best I could to race it back when I was finally able to unload. Waiting in line at the landfill can put a man in a foul mood, thanks for understanding. My apologies to whoever was waiting for it, and if I was unduly testy. Thanks, Logan.

Calvin SThe 2 dollys I had ordered to be put in the truck were not in there, which was an extreme inconvenience as I do not own dollys and was making a very big move that day and had to figure out how I was going to move my belongings. And second I was charged twice on my bank account for charges I never incurred. Definitely a disappointment.

Heidi SThis was our first time reserving a U-Haul and I got a little screwed up because we didn’t get a key on time and we were late to a job but overall it was a pretty good experience. U-Haul‘s person out on the one 800 number went out of their way to try to make sure we got a truck to get to a job in they gave us a $50 discount which is greatly appreciate it we always go with u-Haul because the service is good. We use U-Haul about 12 to 13 times a year this time to service. The key wasn’t there on time and stuff so I was a little disappointing but I’m sure next time they’ll get it right they were very apologetic and tried everything they could to make us happy and we were happy with that the service.
Rudy CThe parking lot was very muddy. The lot should be paved or concreted. The truck pickup was not as easy as the trailer. The store was to be open until 5:00 pm, we arrived about 4:30 pm and no uhaul personnel were around. We got the truck but only because the guy talked us thru the process and eventually had to do it himself . There was link to get the truck if no one was there but the link didn’t work. Very dissatisfied with that store.

Alex KNot relevant to the location but I used the self drop off and I had already put the key in the box BEFORE I was prompted that I needed to take photos of things like the odometer. If I get charged for anything I'm going to bed furious.
