I was treated poorly as well over charged! Lisa and Chelsea are very unprofessional and 1 has some sort of personal issue which is why I know and can prove I was over charged!! Will never return or send anyone I like there!

The office/facility was scary in terms of its condition. If this were an urban setting I would have driven by and considered alternatives. Does Uhaul audit their franchise facilities? This location doesn't serve you well. As a loyal Uhaul customer, this place is below your standards compared to EVERY other location I've rented from.

Very upset that I was charged a $25 "cleaning fee" when the truck was perfectly clean. Better than when I picked it up!

Associate was rude, tank was less than 1/2 full and we were double charged.

The location was unlocked, but there was no one in the building to help us. After about five minutes of waiting, someone showed up to help us. There was an appliance dolly in the back of the truck that we did not request or pay for. It was left by the previous user. The back of the truck was also a bit dirty.

When calling to confirm a reservation checking the list of reserved equipment wasnt done. When doing the express pick-up online the order wasnt completed. Took 45 minutes at the shop to correct and complete the pick-up paperwork. One staff member was smoking a vape and exhaling a large cloud directly at me the customer sitting there waiting for staff to figure out what the processing hold up was. Didnt seem very knowledgeable or professional. Not horrible service but not great either.
