Bradley ComptonI reserved the truck for a 9 AM pickup. There was no truck until after 2:30 PM. In the meantime I received an email notice that I was late for my pickup. How ironic! The next time I need a rental I will try your competitors.

Travis ArehartDrop-Off after hours was confusing. The gates are locked, but there is a key drop off box on the gate. I had to get online to figure out what to do. On the instructions, you are told to not block gates or entrances. I only rented a 20 foot truck, but there were gates everywhere and when it is dark, it is hard to try and not block a gate. Added lighting and a board with instructions would be very helpful.

William WalshTruck was running rough and breaks scrubbed. I accidentally left one of my personal keys on the uhaul key rink. I called the next day to tell them, they acknowledge that my keys were there and I could come anytime to get them. I showed up less than an hour later to find out that they rented the uhaul out that had my keys and had to wait 4 hours to get my keys back. The worst part is the keys were to my house and the only keys I had

BRANDON HONAKERThe rental paper claimed there was 1/4 tank of gas. There was 1/8 tank of gas. The rental person wasn't there when we arrived, even though we'd called ahead of time. Usual story -- can't get anyone to work, short-handed, COVID, etc.. I understand; but you can still be friendly, which she was not.

I ended up with a 10’ longer truck than I needed and spent over $200 in fuel to rerun home. Therefore breaking my totally. Completely unreasonable people and poor business practice

katrina mazzoneIf I could give this place a negative I would. The truck I reserved wasn’t at the location the receptionist was totally disinterested and had 0 desire to do her job. I sprayed the truck out where I moved to was muddy and there was mud in the cab I was fine with paying extra to have it cleaned because I didn’t have the supplies. The receptionist refused to take payment over the phone and then lectured me about how she would have to clean the truck. I paid the cleaning fee I don’t see how this is allowed to be done to lecture a customer that paid for the service.
