I had ordered boxes online through the app, already was charged and they didn't have them when I arrived, ended up buying a couple boxes that they did have, wouldn't refund the boxes I had already bought. We were going to buy packing tape and bubble wrap, they didn't have that either. I already pre registered online but had to do it all over again. They had nothing ready.

DUANE ALLEN C.Getting through your website to order one was terrible plain terrible even the person that runs it had to call the company to get through the website ,,that needs to be fixed it needs to be a lot more user-friendly than what it is and as far as equipment goes other than the ratchets they need to be cleaned a little bit they were full of sand and they really didn't work that well but overall I was satisfied other than your site …your site sucks
