It was a little rough at the beginning. My original reservation was moved to a different location since I was told (by Uhaul) that my preferred location was not open on the day I needed to pick up so they moved me to another location. Based upon what I was told, it was my understanding that this location was going to be open and I had counter pickup. When I arrived, the place was closed so I wasn't sure how I was going to get the van. I called uhaul and was only then informed that I had to go through the exercise of doing an after hours pickup via the uhaul app. Ultimately, I was able to get the keys using the process and a uhaul rep assisted so it ended up ok. My comment here is not related to the pickup location but just the whole communication process by uhaul and not getting me the correct information and have the right expectation on pickup.Pete M.
