Guy that called was an asshole, he accused me of chipping the windshield of the truck when it was given to me that way instead of investing or calling the uhaul property from the other location first...this place is not a friendly environment, uhaul need to release them and give the property to someone else

Mary LWe were suppose to drop off our uhaul in : Crane, Tx at 1006 SW 6th street but that location was permanently closed. Then we tried: 1099 US 385, Crane, Tx - perm closed 16803 US-385 N, Odessa, TX-perm closed 12374 W I-20 Service Rd, Odessa, TX - no place to park 20’ uhaul next to service road on I-20 (very busy and located in pasture) 800 W Clements St, Odessa, TX - finally able to drop off uhaul. This process to find a uhaul still operational took about 2 hours and lots of driving using extra fuel and mileage. You need to update your system to available locations currently operational. That way people aren’t charged for extra fuel used, extra mileage and, wrong destination charge when it is not their fault.

Fabian LCruz was the sweetest man I've ever rented a u-haul trailer from. Hooked up the trailer, made sure everything was good before I left and when I brought it back, he backed it in for me and helped with my hitch. I would recommend renting from him anyway and I will most certainly be back

TJ BPoor communication. Was called less than 24 hours before trailer rental to be told that none had returned to the location I rented it at. Had to drive 20 miles to get a trailer and couldnt even return it in origiinal city rented it from or would be charged $22 dollars more.

David WI had a 5ft wide cargo to haul so I rented a 6 x 12 cargo trailer with ramp. The back opening of tbe trailer was less than 5 ft wide and I wasnt able to use it. I had to bring it back and get a trailer elsewhere. My money was wasted. I would like a refund. For the next customer show that a 6x12 cargo trailer will not haul a 5ft wide cargo on the reservation app.
JAMES HThis place was absolutely ridiculous. When I arrived the gentlemen asked me to jook up the trailer. When I got done he said he had to leave to take care of a personal matter during business hours. I sat there and waited for approximately 15-20 minutes waiting for him to come back. Now that I have received the bill there is an additional charge for insurance that I did not request. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and I will forsure will not be viting them ever again.
Ruben PMake sure to have the right code given to the customer instead of the wrong code to get the key. Also, customer service reps didn’t help at all, Just told me to wait until the placed opened.
Zachary HThe gentleman I dealt with was named Cruz, he was an extremely professional and amiable person, I was very pleased with the experience in dealing with him, he made the whole process very easy and painless, it’s a shame there are not more individuals out in the customer service industry that are as polished as this man was! I could tell he had that “old school” dedicated work ethic. If anyone I know needs a Uhaul, I would strongly recommend they see Cruz at Al’s Service Center. This man was a pleasure to deal with.
