He had to call someone, it took 30 minutes to get there. She used a tablet to enter all the information and could not get it to completion. She called someone and said to proceed. That all took 45-50 minutes.

PORTER HALEThe service was good however, there are issues with the truck (with the steering) and I had preordered 4 days before the moving blankets however, this location doesn't carry the moving blankets.
Christian PedersenThe tuck is unsafe and should be taken off the road. There is so much play in the steering wheel it's a significant challenge to keep the truck between the lines. I realized it once it was too late but did consider at severals points stopping and asking haul to change the truck out during the middle of my trip. It was very scary and risky. This truck must be repaired. Also, I was charged for a coverage I did not approve ($28) and would like to determine how to get it removed.

Teja VemuriThe alignment on the truck was terrible. I had to turn the wheel to the left to keep it straight. I ordered and was charged for a furniture dolly but never received it. When I picked up the truck it had slightly over a half tank of fuel. When I returned the truck, the representative told me that it had been full. Thankfully I had taken a picture before I left.

JAMES FARRISI don't feel that the gas was full to the exactness when we picked the truck up. We were told that there was an appliance dolly and there was not. It appears that we were not charged for it.
Frank WallsMy reservation was originally for your Buford Drive location. When I arrived to pick the truck up there was no truck available. I was directed to another location 15 miles away, but after calling was told they too did not have a truck for me. The reservation person was finally able to direct me to the 5715 Atlanta Highway location where a truck was confirmed. While my experience at 5715 Atlanta Hwy was great, my overall experience was awful. I lost two hours of moving time and had to work well into the morning hours.
