I canceled the reservation and received a confirmation via email. The experience from beginning to end was seamless. The on-line booking process is easy, informative, and fast. Unfortunately, I did not need the storage unit and canceling the reservation was done by making a phone call. The staff was very pleasant and professional.

Highly disappointed, I was not told until after the receipts came that I was charged a whole extra day for a couple of hours over … it’s a moving truck , things happen , we’re in Atlanta , traffic happens and I still got the equipment back before it was needed… I will definitely start going with a Home Depot or Budget rental from now on.

To start the ceiling caved in on my unit & it was SEVERELY INFESTED with vermin mainly huge rats. They ate through 90% of my belongings including furniture. The owner Daniel was rude from day one until I left. To start he wanted me to sign documents that I already signed at the start of my rental with the nice young lady at the front desk. He followed me up & down the isle but I told him I was not going to sign the “same” paperwork I did in the office (didn’t make sense to me). Then every time I called no matter what the circumstances it ended in him hanging up in my face, including to try to rent a Uhaul to get my things out after the rats. I had to go to another facility to rent. I wish I would have known these things BEFORE I left my property in the facility, before it was extremely infested. After realizing it was infested. He tried to rush me to inventory the damage but I made him aware he never offered me another unit to transfer my belongings to make it easier, as I still needed a space waiting for the closing of my home, his response was “YEAH…” I’m very disappointed & severely inconvenienced because I made a mistake using this facility. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND it.

This was the location that uhual had to switch my reservation to last minute. When I arrived the place was closed and the dollies that I had ordered were not in the truck.

While I was recovering from a stroke. My memory was jumbled....and I'd forget my storage payment because I was not notified .....I relyed on phone messages and mail from my other bills....but I got NOTHING FROM A/O, and paid late charges when I caught it up They repeatedly said they mailed me my statements....but I only recieved one statement last year......and that was after I caught rent up! I Paid it and moved out! Never again

The truck was in terrible shape, it almost broke down on me and was acting like it was possessed. It made a huge back firing sounds and sounded like it was running on 5 cylinders. horrible experience i wasn't able to put gas in it because I didn't want to be stranded on the side of the freeway. definitely needs some maintenance and shouldn't be put back on the street until it is fixed

Interaction with Customer service was horrible The uhaul was in rough shape there was hard clunking in rear of truck with a lot of shaking which lead to Damaging my furniture And broke my large tv I would never recommend uhaul

Representatives were friendly and efficient during both turn in and check out. I needed the truck for about 5 hour past my scheduled turn in time and they were very accommodating and understanding. I’ve used this rental facility several times in the past and always receive great service. I would highly recommend them for your future moving needs.

The gentleman who runs this location is very rude and also prejudice. It was so bad when I called home office in front of him his attitude didn't change. The only pleasant thing concerning my booking of this truck was the wonderful customer service I received each time I called into the headquarters. Please remove your name from this location. It's not worth the law suits you may encounter in the future.

Dan was excellent during pickup but the woman that was on duty Friday & Saturday was very rude & very discourteous!! She absolutely needs re-enforcement training!!!!

First thing uhaul moved my pickup location at the last minute. Then the 26' truck at different location was not running. I reluctantly took a smaller truck. My belongings did not fit. I contacted uhaul again. They found my original location had a 26' truck. I was very upset having to unload and load everything Again! The truck ran good but your maintenance sucks! First of all the windshield wipers were bad and streaking with the metal blade support sticking out the side. The wiper fluid was low. The steering wheel was off center when driving straight. The worst of all was the Horrible tire shaking above 50 MPH!!! I had to choose what level of vibration or shaking I could stand, then cruise at that speed.

The attendant that was there can't remember his name but he was really polite, professional, and down right a breath of fresh air. He really made of feel welcome and like our business mattered. He asked us how was everything and his overall performance was outstanding.

It took 45 minutes to sign me out for a corporate reservation. This was not the 1st time I have used this place and went through the same long process that should have taken 5 minutes in & out. Very disappointed as I told the gentleman I will not use this facility ever again. It never takes as long to check out with any other Uhaul place.

Dan is the man! He offered excellent customer service. He took the time to teach me how to properly hook up the auto transport correctly and how to strap down the vehicle once I picked it up. I already knew how to do it but I always appreciate a teaching moment. I have never had such great service from a U-haul location and recommend Alpha Omega 3 in Powder Springs.
