I was able to drop the trailer off by myself. However, its possible the hours over the Holiday were different as no one was there at the stated opening time. I received receipt of the drop off, though I did ask that someone call me, which did not happen. Either way, all good from my side, I have the receipt.

Manager was very helpful and courteous. I had gone to the Philips hiway and university Blvd location and was treated horribly. I will not ever utilize that business again. Person was very rude and angry for some reason.

They lady wasn't there, I had to call her. Also, she didn't walk around the truck with me with an inspection sheet. She didn't write down the miles before I left but, I took a photo that way I knew how many miles I used.

I arrived at the counter of the original rental location in Nocatee, Ponte Vedra only to be told that they did not have my truck I reserved. I didn't get a call until I was already leaving the office with no truck only to be told that the only available rental they could "find" for me was "quite a ways away". I was stuck as I had 4 people waiting at my house to start the move paid by the hour. I had to drive about 15 miles - 25 minutes one way to now go get the truck that was originally reserved only about 2 miles from my moving location. I was now 2 hours behind schedule, paying people to stand in my driveway AND I was charged an addtional $65 for mileage which is total nonsense because it was YOUR FAULT I had to drive the additional miles. I was also promised a discount for the rental from Jessica who was rude, confrontational and dismissive to the fact that UHaul did not provide what they promised. I never received a discount and was charged full price plus the mileage. I will NEVER EVER EVER rent or recommend anyone I know to rent from UHaul again. I will be calling to get my discount and mielage reimbursement but for now you have wasted enough of my time. I want to be clear that Alpha Natural Stone was not at fault here - they were perfectly nice - it was the original rental company and UHAUL who were the nightmare.

the brake pedal is very hard when pressing the brake it makes a big noise in the hydrovaque. the brake pedal is not there. normal and also the transmission is not good, there is a lot of jump when driving the vehicle.

Terrible experience, I should have went to an actual U-Haul location . Had to reschedule my day because the location was not there at the time of my pick up. Also the VAN HAD ROACHES IN IT now I have to sit my furniture out side and make sure all the roaches aren’t in it!

Make sure if vehicle is booked for in-town to assign the in town vehicles. My truck was assigned the one-way truck and another renter was coming to pick it up an hour after my return so the business had to switch it on site it make sure there was on overlap.

Inspect the equipment for complete operation prior to renting. The right ramp on the trailer was broken and was not safe to use. Called Road Side Assistance and the sent someone to look at it, she said to just wedge it in there and it might stay. Not good, had to go get a replacement rental and that took 4 more hours to complete due to the paperwork mess up. Not a good time.

When returning the truck and following the instructions on the provided web link for around 35-40 minutes I repeatedly had to restart the process of taking a picture of the odometer due to error messages telling me about "not enough memory" my phone had over 80 gigabytes free. I had to use someone else's phone to get it to work but in the end it pushed me over my deadline for return.

I could not get my reserved truck! The mobile app did not work and no one was onsite! I won't be using U-Haul ever again. I rented a Home Depot truck and was very happy with it!

I made a reservation for a location near me on San Jose Blvd. No one called or texted that this would not be the pick up location. I have used this store numerous times with excellent results. This time was a horrible experience. My ride had to be home and when I was told the truck was elsewhere I stated I expected some help getting there. Both people working that day were rude and offered no assistance. I told the female that she owed me some help. Her response…”I don’t owe you anything. I work here to feed my child”. The male could care less that I, an elderly woman, had no way to get to the correct location. Had to have my son miss an appointment that was scheduled a month out to drive me. Went to another wrong location…my fault as I assumed and didn’t have an address. Great customer service…they wrote out the correct address. Picked up from a wonderful woman finally. So disappointed and shocked at the Mandarin location. Not the business it used to be…

Overcharged for an emergency. I called letting them know my 6 year old was admitted to cardiac icu because of a medical emergency and I couldn’t possibly get it returned. What horrible customer service! $300 for a simple move a few miles away.

The folks were nice and accommodating. The issue was a system issue that created a delay in processing. It took about 90 minutes from start to finish before we could get on the road.

I was incorrectly charged a 2GL refuel expense but I showed the rental owner a picture that I took showing the check out fuel gauge vs. check in. (Having also provided a gas receipt where I put two gallons in the vehicle that I only used 26 miles) The checkout paperwork gauge was only provided electronically and I could not read where it was a 1/4 of a tank incorrect until I got home and was able to print it out. Bottom line, I was charged $12 for excess fuel expense and the check out invoice was not provided immediately upon end of use but later where I could not dispute the bill.

This location did not have anyone there during posted hours. I dropped off where Uhaul texted me and asked me to drop off and then when I did, the app wouldn't allow me to return the truck online. I had to waste my time calling customer service, they said the location was closed for the week and couldn't "return" my truck until someone was there to check it in. Overall terrible experience that cost me way too much time. Why send e to a location that is closed for a week??? Bad location, bad job by Uhaul.
