Equipment was dirty, but I was still charged a cleaning fee. No one was present when I showed up for the rental. I had to wait almost 45 minites. I was charged a late fee, even though the rental was supposed to be dropped off after hours.

Although it was a very small UHaul provider the folks that operated the store were very helpful and were able to answer all our questions. The UHaul was in great condition.

I was chargeD for 300 miles driven for less than a 5 hour time frame when I only drove 26.4 miles. I never realized how important it is to take photo records of things like mileage so that Uhaul representatives don't take advantage of people. I didn't realize what kind of a shady company uhaul is.

The building was closed when I dropped off truck 8-12-20202 and nobody was there. Sign on door said they would be back on Sunday. I called the phone numbers on the door but there was no answer. I left voice mail. I left the rental truck parked next to other U-Haul trucks on the site and left the keys in the key drop-off box. I was later billed for 10 extra days which makes no sense. I am disputing those fraudulent charges.

Hidden charges, double charges, cleaning fee for no reason. I returned that truck spotless. And after being double charged the $72, I have another pending charge for $25. Never renting from uhaul again

There is no lighting at this location which is dangerous for when you pick up or drop off after hours. The key box is also not easy to locate. The brake pads also needed to be replaced on the truck.

our u haul was disgusting. there was a broken glass jar of sauce stained all over the interior floor and the driver cabin had bags of fast food still in it. I would have preferred to do the walk around the truck to make sure everything was as it should have been

Didn't get a walk thru on the equipment, but I've driven multiple U-Hauls in the past so it wasn't a huge deal. The front of the vehicle could have used a quick cleaning, but wasn't a dealbreaker.

The drop site was 20 minutes from my preferred site, and it was very annoying to have to drive that far to return the truck when a large U-Haul site was nearby my destination.

Tried to charge me the equivalent of 120 miles worth of gas , when I drove a total of 9 miles (and I put gas in the vehicle). Uhaul customer service refunded because they knew the store was wrong, but this was still a hassle. Stick to a standard Uhaul store.

The woman there had a poor attitude and was incredible rude, did not do any sort of walk around the vehicle or show us where it was, she gave vague directions for us to go out back and find it ourselves and was annoyed when we came back inside asking which uhaul truck was the one we rented because we could not make sense of which one was ours. When we figured it out we left but the blankets we received were heavily stained and covered in dirt when we took them out of the packaging. She had an attitude again when we came back and returned the truck even though we were on time, would not provide us with a receipt at the time, stating we would be emailed one later in the day, we asked if she was going to check the truck and the contents and she said "I'll do it later, is everything inside?" We said yes and that the blankets we used (a total of 5) were laid out, and that the ones we did not use were left inside the packaging and then she said "so they're not folded?" We said no that we left them out in case they had to be checked for tears and she became upset and was rude and had us go back out to the truck to fold the blankets before leaving. When we finished we asked again for the receipt and she said she would do it later and check the truck later. There was no reason for her to behave like this as the facility was empty. We will never set foot at this u-haul again, the entire experience was one of the most miserable customer service experiences in our lives.

Neither location's fault, I was sent to one location to rent a 9' van but they told me Amazon was renting all their vans. They did find another 9' van for me and I drove up the road to pick it up. Maybe GPS technology is around the corner that can tell if the van will actually be available.

I will not use U-haul again because of my experience with the drop-off location. They charged me an extra $40 with $25 for a cleaning fee and the remaining $15 was for a fuel charge. When I called to dispute the charges, the woman at the drop off location was extremely rude. The truck was spotless when I dropped it off. According to her, the cleaning fee charge was because the windshield had a bunch of bugs on it. It's lovebug season in Florida and the truck already has bugs caked onto it at the time of my pickup. When I explained this to the woman, she told me to “take this up with the pickup location.” Had I known the windshield needed to be cleaned, I would have done this myself. I also returned the truck at 5/8 fuel level which was the amount of fuel in the tank at pickup. According to the woman at the drop off location, the truck was 1/2 full. I have been renting cars from Enterprise for years and have NEVER returned a car with less than the original amount of fuel. Bottom line: do not use U-Haul, unless you want them to charge you aimlessly. If you do use U-haul, document EVERYTHING! They have taken an extra $40 of my money for no good reason.

I was overcharged by $10 and still haven't received a refund or a credit, let alone a phone call. I was charged for a cart that I never received. The pickup location was disorganized and had 1 person answering phones and having no urgency to help me. She walked outside and pointed at a truck and a trailer and told me to “hook that up and you're good” and walked back inside. I also sat at the place for around 30 min while she answered phones and overcharged me the $10

EQUIPMENT: IT WAS CLEAN BUT THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE GAS TANK. WHEN YOU WOULD TRY TO PUT GAS IN THE TRUCK UNLESS YOU WERE HOLDING THE GAS NOZZLE DOWN IT WOULDNT LOCK IN (AS IF THE TANK WAS ALREADY FULL). I NOTIFIED UHAUL AT THE DROP OFF LOCATION. PICK UP LOCATION: I WOULD HONESTLY TELL THE NEXT CUSTOMER TO STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM THIS UHAUL LOCATION. IMMENSELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PROBABLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE DEALT WITH, WITH A COMPANY.
