The truck was not located at the office which is what we were told. The lockbox wouldn't open. The check-in process was 1.5 hours long. The appliance dolly was not in the truck. On the return, we had to check-out at the office and walk 1.5 miles to where our car was parked.

As a 3rd party vendor it was okay. Had to work through an agent or other Uhaul rep. Check in took extremely long time. They did not have the reserved moving blankets, so I had to go to an actual uhaul location any way adding another hour to the whole process. Did not check light functionality. Left turn signal was in-op. Real uhaul location checked lights and replaced blown fuse. Still do not understand why uhaul sent me to a vendor which was out of my way when the closet uhaul facility, where I got the blankets, had everything I needed. Unfortunately, I'll need to think twice about uhaul in the future

Thank you so much for a great experience. I was nervous to drive the van but it was so easy and the process was easy as well! I wish I had gotten the name of the woman who helped me yesterday. She was wonderful, helpful, and super kind! Thank you again!

Drop off was almost seamless. My only issue was when trying to back the trailer in. A neighboring tenant in a large truck cam barreling through the parking area and wasn't going to give me clearance, so I had to pull out to let him through and drive around the complex again to line up the trailer to back it in. This isn't the fault of this location, but a more restricted drop off spot would be ideal.
