The truck had roaches. As I'm packing my stuff in the back of the u-haul. I got thirsty… Went to grab my water Jug in the front of the truck. There were roaches everywhere. I ended throwing my water jug away roaches was all in it. The crazy thing… it was daylight. One of the worst experience. Extremely dissatisfied

tom S.I could have got killed because the equipment was not install correctly. The hitch was not install properly on the ball trailer hitch This made a little dent on my bumper. I would like the claim department to get in touch with me.

GUENDALINA I.The truck had a major exhaust leak that filled the drivers cabin. Had to open the windows in order to drive and breathe. Zero maintenance on the truck it had 162000 miles on it and was not mechanically sound. They had no other trucks so I had no choice.

MICHAEL A.My name is Desera Mitchell and I was over charged. When it came time to pay I was left with 2 options. 1) I don't agree to these changes and not give any money and run the risk of another fee like a late fee. Or 2) pay the fee that has extra fees that you did not use such as extra eqy and safe driver fees. And hope u can be refunded for the over charges. ...... No I do not recommend this place. Ask about all the fees to a actually person instead of self service. They will add fees that you do not ask for or know about . (Extra dolly fees and safe driver fees) a d I choose the option of no insurance so I don't understand how I have so many extra fees.

EDWARD G.I got the car the fuel gage said the car was full. I drove 57 miles during my trip, when I was returning the vehicle I stopped at the gas station I had to put 7.75 gallon of fuel in the car to filled it back up. There is no way if the car was full when I got it and only drive 57 miles mostly highway for it to take 7.75 gallon of fuel.

DAVID J.The employers were very nice but kind of difficult service as only one person was inside and there was equipment everywhere, again very nice gentlemen. Really aggravating I had to pay $63 to fill the tank back up and the tire pressure light was on and nothing was done about it. The one man offered to help load a vehicle on, luckily I had someone to help me but lovely for him to offer.

Brianna A.I was scheduled to pick up trailer and it wasn't there in boynton beach, i had to travel 20 miles to another location. I didn't get a call and tried all morning to call the center in Boynton was put on hold several times never got an attendant. I was not a happy customer.

ANDERSON S.Overall a good and easy experience. My only issue was the process to return the truck through the app is tedious and unnecessary. Any other time you rent a uhaul (without the app) you can return it after hours without going through that process. No one is there to confirm the condition all you do is drop the keys, it should be the same when you rent through the app. The fee for the staff to confirm it is ridiculous. The last thing I want to be doing as a woman is lurking around a parking lot in such a bad area at night just to take photos of a truck.

DOUGLASGERALD K.My criticism is more with UHAUL. We moved 160 miles (320 roundtrip). I had to pick up and return the truck to that location for various reasons. Weeks before we RESERVED a cargo van at a location a few miles from our house. I had planned to pick up and return the van there. the night before the move (AFTER HOURS) we received a text that you changed the location to Lake Worth, 40 minutes in the opposite direction our our relocation. It added over an hour to our trip, each way, and a $45 Uber drive! ITS NOT MAKING THE RESERVATION. ITS KEEPING THE RESERVATION! SEE YOU ON GOOGLE AND YELP!
RANDY S.The front desk rep messed up reservation and I had to drop it back to the pick up location when I specifically asked him if I can drop it off at any uhaul store. He confirmed he would add it to my rental but when I dropped it at another location I was called to pick it up or I would get charged. My whole day was messed up because of his mistake and I was charged for the mileage to bring it back. Not happy at all with how this went . This will be the last time I rent from this company!
RUTHLENE S.The truck was clean, the instructions for no contact pick up were precise and explanative. The only issue I had was that the dolly I purchased additionally was not in the vehicle, so I did have to go inside and request it. I almost left without it, and that would have stunk when I got to the storage unit. LOL Overall a really great experience and I will definitely recommend and use personally in the future again!. Thank you.
