Truck was supposed to be available at 8 but wasnt until 9. Also supposed to be self pickup but wasnt and required someone on site.

A very small operation, but the staff person was very helpful.

Well, I get told by customer services when I call in they will charge me $94 per they and my allowed for mileage is 175 miles and I drove only 170 miles. They end up changing me 178 .32, I think I got rob. You tell me something and changed me different from what I should pay.

Simple return........handed over the keys to the associate waiting on regular customers. Also good that we filled the tank at the SAME location prior to returning the keys.

Not much other than u-haul updates should be done at the midnight hours instead of day time hours. The updating too up my time and had issues with trying to complete the rental. I was from another state. I made the reservation on the phone. Then checking out the equipment was time consuming. But the representative was very nice and cordial. Thank you. Over all the experience was great. He walked me through everything.

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful! I wish I would have come to this location sooner!!! I think that they could use a better desk area for customers as it is a "closet!" Maybe uhaul should give up some money?

Sent wrong password. Multiple passwords would be AWESOME in case sent wrong one. TERRIBLE customer service definitely 50/50

The clerk at drop off was less than cordial and told me "put the keys" on the counter. Could not be bothered. I did appreciate the larger truck for the booked-reservation price since the truck I reserved was not available for some reason.

Had to travel out of my area last minute to pick up a truck I reserved weeks ahead of time because our local location didn’t have any trucks. Was told we would get an additional day and 50 miles for the inconvenience. Drove 25 minutes out of the way to pick up the truck, the owner Dave seemed nice and although we were supposed to return the truck to a location close to where we were moving, he asked that we return the truck back to his location and he would give us additional miles to do so. All was good, returned the truck the next day. Dave was not on-site when we returned. Our debit card was authorized $208 when our total should’ve been $114, but Dave assured us that the hold would come off and we would only pay the $114 once the truck was returned. That did not happen, uhaul charged us $254 once the original hold came off. Called Dave and he assured a credit of $112 and we received another receipt showing we would get the credit. Never received the credit, called uhaul cust Svc on day 4 after the return and was told give it another 2 days. Two more days and no refund. Called cust Svc again and was told Dave entered in the system that he gave us a cash refund ....which he never did. Called Ken the area manager he says he spoke to Dave and we can pick up the cash refund from his location. Dave kept trying to avoid us and giving us our money. Dave said to meet him at a certain time at his location and he would refund. We did, he immediately got rude and nasty with my husband and said he was not giving us the money and proceeds to yell and cuss at my husband all while his son is setting there who couldn’t be more than 10 yrs old. Finally got the cash from him and called Ken to report what just happened and Ken proceeds to tell us that it was our fault. Dave is crazy, unprofessional and a thief. Do not use this location unless you want to be disrespected and be charged double and play heck trying to get your money back! We will never use Uhaul again! Worst experience I’ve ever had

A little weird. Scruffy guy in a back office of a convenience store. I don't mean to stereotype but I can imagine that a more vulnerable person would feel uncomfortable. Having said that, the trailer was easy to get to and he helped hook it up and make sure it was clean.

The process at this location was very slow and the representative didn't really seem to understand the rental software. They only had 9 moving pads so he was going to update the system to show that I only took 9 rather than 12 but he never did.

Didn’t “close out” my return until the day after I returned it so I got charged for 2 extra days. Also over charged me various fees. When I reached out for an explanation and to contest the charges I got no response and have yet to receive a response.

Understand why my reservation got moved, but makes rental more expensive when I have to drive 20 additional miles each way. If initial rental reservation cannot be kept, it would be cool if a discounted mileage rate could be applied.

I was charged 4 times all for different amounts. Then when I tried to have them reversed the manager hung up on me. I will never ever use this company again and in fact I'm contemplating contacting my lawyer to get my money back since he won't give me a refund. What kind of a manager hangs up on their clients??? So I will never use again and will also pass the information along to my friends post on my facebook page and write an online review so the world can see what a horrible situation I've gone through. I'm, a single mother and cannot afford to be charged 4 times for a service I only used once.

I had a very bad experience from the start. The employee seemed very put out by being there and helping. I asked him numerous times what his hrs were ,to pick up he told me he had appt from about 12 to 130, then he was trying to meet his son for a fathers day get together, this was monday. I got to location, he told me to call and let him know about 30 min before I got there, when I arrived he wasn't there yet. When he did arrive he just said hello and walked past me into the store, I waited because I wasn't sure it was him..finally he came out and told me to back up to trailer..I had a concern about hitch and he looked at it and I did need another part.he told me to go get it but I needed to hurry..when I got back he was in the store looking at cards, I told him I was back he said ok and I went out..waiting I guess he kept looking at cards purchased one and then came outside to help, he obviously wasn't in that big of a hurry. He then helped hook up trailer that's when I asked when I could drop trailer off and he told me I could just drop off by myself..I had no help so he said I'd have to call when I was going to come up because he had another job and wouldn't be here..I asked if I could drop off at another location he said it would cost double..and he told me I'd have to just make appointment and he would try to be there..dropping off. He did say another person might be there to help but he said he was not going to be in that day. He actually told me I could just drop off, with my sons help it should be fairly easy. I have rented from uhaul many times never had this trouble..I would never go back to that location especially with him there..if and when I get another uhaul I will make sure they are there on regular basis..thank you

I reserved a big trailer and it didn’t end up being available so they gave me a small box truck. What should have been 2 trips ended up being 6 miserable ones. Then instead of a $40 charge it ended up being over $250. I will not be using uhaul again.

No employee qualified to check truck in. No receipt. Nothing. Didn’t even go out and look at truck. Very poor. U-Haul should pull this place as a drop off.

Turn in could be a little more definitive. I didn't receive anything saying I turned it in. Other than that, I'm very satisfied.
