I had to travel pretty far out of my way to find a tow dolly for my van and it was strap up wrong causing the vehicle to come loose and having to be driven the last part of the drive.

Great experience and the friendliest folks around! Facility was large enough to access all units easily with my 30' trailer and never had any complications with overcrowding. Again, the best people you could ever meet or do business with.

Have used this location multiple times. This was my first unsatisfactory experience. The exterior was dirty...OK no problem, it snowed a week ago. But the driver floorboard was dried mud. I submitted a pic online before driving away. But when ready to load, the entire truck box and ramp were filthy, almost needed to sweep it out myself. But didn't have the time. Otherwise, this is usually a top-notch location for a non-UHaul spot.

The area around this location has tall weeds and is not maintained well. Next to their lot is a shabby old closed building and many unclean cars. It looks very trashy at this location. I will only pick up in the future at the uhaul location north of Delta on highway 50.

I had to drive 5 hours from Denver to pick up this truck. I made a reservation weeks prior and they had nothing for me on the day of the move. They told me my only option was to drive 5 hours down I-70 through the Rocky Mountains to pick it up. Uhaul is garbage. The people at this location we're helpful but corporate screwed me. Never going back!

Your policy on how people are directed to a location needs a review for changes. I've rented twice in 2 months and instead of sending me to the local U-Haul associate, 15 miles away, “U-Haul Traffic†sent me 55 miles away. As I drove by the local associate, where I thought I was renting from, I saw 5 trailers of the same size that I rented. Now U-Haul, if you truly read customer comments, I will tell you this, 4 of the 5 were not rented. Corporate sets policy but, draws significant compensation but it's really the Employee on the other end of the phone who has to tell me, as an EXCUSE, it's our policy. Totally & Completely unacceptable. So with this inadequate policy, the local associate, who we would like to spend our money with, suffers as I drive 55 miles past them because after all, that's U-Haul's Corporate policy. Time for me to review where I spend my money and for U-Haul to review policies & practices.

Very friendly and flexible lady! (Tina is her name, maybe?) I showed up right as she was leaving for lunch but she opened back up and got my truck for me. Then when I returned it she was still trying to get out the door, so told me to just stop the keys and she'd check me in when she got back from the bank. So nice!

The trailer was clean, but had a hole in the floor in the front right corner, which the lady knew about but failed to tell me. It was covered in duct tape. As I was traveling into rain and snow, I had to make sure that the trailer didn't leak and ruin my things. I spent hours trying to figure out how to patch the hole, but managed to make it leak free. Everything else was fine.

The pickup location was decent. My overall experience with uhaul was less than pleasing however. I made the reservation for a pickup in Grand Junction. Uhaul calls me a day before my reservation and tells me I have to pickup in delta. Which is 48 miles one way. This whole fiasco put me 3 hours behind schedule, cost me more in gas, AND the rental cost me more too! Called uhaul corporate and they offered me a lousy $25. The trailer was in ok shape. Floor was creaky and a bulb was burnt out. Only thing wrong with it, but it pulled nice. The lady in Delta was nice and polite when I was picking up the trailer.
