Didn't have all the equipment I ordered. Luckily it wasn't needed, but a heads up would have been nice. Location staff was friendly and great!

I had reservations for 26' , but when I picked up the truck, it had absolutely no gas on it, like it was completely empty tank, I honestly thought it won't take me to gas station. I was really worried if it stop in the middle of the street. But thanks god, it took me to the gas station.I just wish next time be a little bit gas on the truck that's it.
Abdul Q.Not overcharge the customer then direct them to call customer service to get your mistake corrected. Wouldn't recommend renting from any 3rd party retailer, horrible experience
