Made an appointment for 2p pickup, but the building was locked when I got there and noone showed up until 2:20. I won't be using this location again.

Jeffrey Byour "rental team" changed my location. The e-mail you provide is totally inadequate to inform me of this change. It should say that in the SUBJECT line and in BIG BIG letters in the text body. I glanced at it and figured my rental was as requested, not 3 miles south. Very, Very unhappy with that. A phone call would have been nice, even better and allowed me to determine if I wanted to change the rental so I would work at the location I preferred (for many reasons).
Robert VThere was limited parking when I returned the truck which caused me a little stress. I was barely able to fit the return truck between two other trucks after folding in the side mirrors. I don't mind parking on the street, but I didn't receive directions for that and when I returned the location was already closed a few minutes early so there was no one to ask. The employees were swift and friendly when I checked out the truck. It was a very pleasant experience and would definitely go there again. But I would get clarification on where to return the truck in case they weren't there.

Tracy WI arrived at Steve's Uhaul in Bend on Saturday am. When I started the truck I went back in to office to care of paperwork. Back to the truck, it was locked and running. Steve had no spare key for this truck, AAA doesn't do UHaul and he said it could be six hours before GoUHaul could get me a key. so, Steve took me down town in his car and we went to a locksmith, they made a key, back to the truck, opened the door and away I went. Steve obviously went way out of his way to help me. Very good service, above and beyond. Of course I'll get my next rental from Steve's UHaul on 2nd street in Bend. thank you Steve.

Sarah HThere was no option in the app to not say it was 3/4 full of gas. It was under a half tank at the beginning. Filled to there and got over charged. Thing chugged though in a foot of snow. Had to un bury it before leaving the rental lot.

David WWhen I came to return the truck, the place was closed. A sign on the door said, “back at 3:30.” It was still closed at 3:30. I decided to return the truck using the app. That was a nightmare. I had to install the app multiple times to get it to load properly. Once it did, it was not user friendly at all. It took me about 20 minutes to get all the way through it. I would definitely never use this service again. Even by the time I did all that, no one returned to open up the business (even though they said they were open until six.) Very frustrating experience.

Jennifer HI was told when I got the vehicle, that the tank was full. I drove the vehicle a total of 12 miles and when I went to fill up it took 5 gallons of gas. There is absolutely no way the truck had a full tank when I initially picked it up. I don't really care about the few extra dollars to fill it up, but I don't appreciate being lied to.

John HPhone app didn't work. The first Customer service rep was mean and hung up on our reference person and cancelled our reservation and it took us over 2 hours to get our truck. Person at the location was nice and friendly. Truck was on bad shape... Engine light was on.

Victor OIt was too bad I was charged $30 for gas when I only drove a small amount around town. The end result of the charge was very high just for a single day use.
David CAccess is difficult at best. No one was there when I went to drop the equipment off. The driveway was plugged with other vehicles that customers had dropped off.

Mark ATruck was junk. AC did not work, Drive window crank handle broken, low voltage plugs to charge phone did not work, headlights were very yellow )old) and provided very little light at night. So poor I was not able to drive in the dark. The dealer had several newer trucks, but refused to assign one to me. I will avaoid UHaul rental in the future and never recommend UHaul to anyone.
