I requested a furniture dolly and there was none the truck was empty in the back. Then what happened was when i returned the truck the location was closed on WEDNESDAY?! SO I HAD TO USE THE APP TO RETURN IT AND IT WOULD NOT LOAD. I SAT OUTSIDE FOR 50 MIN TRYING TO GET THE APP TO WORK SO I JUST LEFT IT THERE WITH A FULL TANK OF GASS WITHOUT THE PROPER DROP OFF ROUTINE. THEN TRY TO PULL THE INCORECT AMOUT OF MONEY FROM MY CREDIT CARD TWICE SO I LOCKED IT. THE AGREED AMOUT WAS 63$. IF YOU WANT IT U CAN EMAIL ME.
Conner MI waited for almost an hour after calling 3 times the number on the door saying that they were out on property. No one answer so I had to go back to the other uhaul place that made the reservation and they called a different number and got someone, so I had to drive back and the lady didn’t even apologize. In addition to that she started my rental time from the time I first got to her location even though it was now over an hour later.

Nicole YI reserved it for 230pm.. however when I got there I was told it was reserved for 3pm.. so I had to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Plus the uhaul was so small it didnt even have a ramp, I returned it without ever being able to use it because it didnt have a ramp. Total waste of a day.
Cara CAbsolutely NOTHING! The man I dealt with was super friendly & explained everything so well that a child could understand it. I’m not sure of his name but he is VERY good at his job!! Like, the kind of “good” that deserves a pay raise…. :-)
Travis MI PREFER TO RECCOMMEND THE ROANOKE OR JUSTIN LOCATIONS. THE Texas Raceway location was not my original pick up site. Customer Service changed it saying my assigned truck broke down. When I arrived they did not have my TV BOX I ordered and prepaid and When i got home They did not have my dolly I preordered and paid for in the truck either. So had to go to ORIGINAL ROANOKE location to pick up. But when I arrived although very apologetic he did not have a dolly to give me. So he called to locate one and sent me to the Justin location. Customer Service gave me 20 additional miles to cover the running around. Raceway location also told me thst if I did not use all of my miles i would get a refund. Not True! Discovered once I arrived to my final location IN TN. ROANOKE AND JUSTIN LOCATIONS ARE BETTER EQUIPTED AND more customer friendly. Website is not user friendly at times. And is VERY DIFFICULT to call locations with prompts you have to go thru.
Jennifer PThe storage facility itself is a great place. But the truck rental is something left undesirable. I had to go through the regional manager for my reservation. And it starts from there. He was the rudest person ever and does not belong in customer service. He's vulgar and very unprofessional, swearing under his breath, giving me a much higher quote than what I was given when I reserved the truck and when questioned, he informed me that my choices were to pay it or don't rent it. Once I was in the truck, it was extremely loud upon starting. Unusual. The truck was given to me on half a tank so when I went to put gas in it for my 300 mile journey, another customer made a comment about how loud the truck was and we looked under the truck and found that the pipe wasn't connected to the muffler! The headlights were poorly lit and the truck was just dirty and nasty. I have used uhaul many many times but I think this is the last time.
Elizabeth KThe lady that was in the office when I picked up the truck was great! She was super friendly, hilarious, and helpful. Definitely made me forget how stressful my moving situation was, at least for a few minutes. I had to call and leave a voice message the Monday after I returned the truck because I thought I might have left my wallet in it. I received a call back in a timely manner, which was much appreciated (I later found my wallet in my friend's car). I highly recommend renting from this location, especially if you prefer that local mom & pop shop type feeling instead of the corporate feeling you usually get from U-haul stores.

Bryan SA small location, I had confused it with a larger one near by on same road when I booked online but it was a great experience, very nice lady in charge that morning. Got my truck and was on my way. Everything including the after hour return and billing was exactly as I expected.
Russell MWe ordered an appliance dolly and we were charged for an appliance dolly but we got the small utility dolly and weren't told about the change until we got home and opened the back of the truck. The lady who helped us even had to call because the computer wasn't letting her add an appliance dolly and it was obvious that the person on the other line told her that we weren't getting that. She could have told us and we would have left the dolly--we already had one.

richard fHorrible experience. When I arrived to pick up the Uhaul the associate was doing a walk of the vehicle. We then went inside to start the paper work and I stated 3 different times that I needed a one way and gave address and zip code. She printed out paperwork and had me sign I copy then sent us on our way. I recived a call for call center? Asking me if I was going to return the Uhaul from the original place (almost 2hrs away) I said that I wasn't explained it was one way so they tried to charge me a 250$ wrong destination charge. I ended up dropping the the Uhaul off at at the storage I had originally told them I would and thankfully (Lone Star Storage) were very nice people and worked with me to resolve the issue caused by Alliance Raceway Storage. I rate (Lone Star Storage) 10 Stars!!!

chelsea hUpon entering the office, we noticed how clean and inviting the facility was. The office decor was Nascar themed, which was really neat and highly appropriate given the location (across the street from Texas Motor Speedway). We were greeted by a delightful employee named Jimmie. Jimmie was just as nice as could be, and made us feel very comfortable while waiting for her to inspect the truck we were dropping off. She was so personable and friendly. Jimmie made our moving experience a breeze, and we will definitely recommend Alliance Raceway Storage to all of our friends and family.

RON ACostumer service was awesome, my only complaint was with the equipment, 6x12 trailer had no alone stand, once filled you had to keep it connected to your vehicle.

Brandi MI'll never use this location again. Uhaul sent me to this location to pickup the truck. Terribly inconvenient. too far away and detours. Attendant was completely inexperienced.
