I was scheduling a big move but didn't know for sure that would have a truck until 1 day before pickup. Worked out good though because they gave me a 20 ft instead of the 15 ft that I reserved and needed the extra space. Also upon check Saturday Nov 11, when I scanned the UPC on the truck I had to download the app which recognized my order but wouldn't activate to allow me to upload picture of the odometer and gas gauge.

Was told sensor broken and on order. Just press the clear button for low tire notice. However it would not turn back on numerous times. Nothing would start off an on. Finally made it back and found no box to submit key. Also no call back either

Tried to return a trailer yesterday and they were closed at 4 and should have been open until 5. Tried to return again today but no sign and no one around. Called 800 number and was able to return on line. Has to drive aback and forth with trailer for no reason.. wasted gas and spent more money on this then needed to.

felt scammed to pay 1. after-hour fee (you charge me 20 USD because I dropped the key off into a box?), 2. cleaning fee (vehicle was clean). 3. Gas fee, even though I had filled the truck up to where it has been when I picked it up

Rate the location in terms of what exactly? There was no one at the location, so my rental was to be picked up via the app which I could not get to work and hold time for help was 45 minutes. Had to schedule another time for pick up. I finally was able to via the app but it was very glitchy as was trying to use it to check back in. My experience was so bad and frustrating I will never use the app again! During to course of trying to get help spoke to numerous people and do have to say that each one I talked to was very nice and helpful! App = sucks BAD! CS people = excellent!

You need to give the individual with the beard a lesson on manners and how to interact with customers. Was a complete jerk when we picked up the trailer and when we returned it. I will never use this business again.

I’m general if a truck size is not available you should not be able to reserve that size. I reserved a 15 foot u-haul and it was not available. I then had to settle for a 10 foot which cause me to have to make two trips and keep it an additional day. This cost me an additional $200 that I had not budgeted into my move. I am very unhappy and not satisfied.

Very surprised the truck was half tank of gas. My experience with all all other rental services I have used start with full tank and require full tank upon return. It appeared that there could possibly of disputes guessing a half tank amount. Gentleman was fair with returning half tank.

Had a problem returning the trailer. When we picked up the trailer, we were told by Allen Outdoor that they would be closed when we returned it, and to drop it off and check in "after hours" online. Could not access the site to check in. MyUhaul.com kept going to the page to request roadside assistance. Called customer service where I was scolded by Sheila, from the UHaul Company of Fresno, that we'd been left a message the day before to return the trailer to a different location. That location is 10 miles away (20 miles round trip). She apparently expected that your paying customers should be available to answer phone calls while traveling on personal business, and to spend extra time and money doing Uhaul a favor, as if we are employees. This annoyed me, as I was calling either for help accessing the correct site, or to make sure our return of the trailer on time was noted. Maybe even "thank you for using UHaul." Instead I was told that since we didn't pick up the message or go where we were told, and the rental site was closed for Thanksgiving week, our contract would remain open until December 2nd. I presumed this meant we'd be charged an extra 12 days rental fee, which made me angry. Sheila hung up on me for swearing. I called the number back and got her again. I did get an assurance that our dropping off the trailer as per our actual contract and instructions had been noted. At my request she also sent a receipt and an email noting the trailer had been returned on time. Kindly inform Sheila that people pay you for service, and do not work for UHaul.

The gentleman at Allen's is very courteous and helpful! Trailer could have been swept out better by previous customer. The sliding door on this one was really hard to open and close and match up the locking mechanism.

The uhaul was horrible. The trucks high beams didn’t even work and the seat couldn’t even come up to my height. The side mirrors couldn’t be adjusted and my experience was shit. The old guy at the bishop location treated me like I was nothing and gave me attitude when I asked him questions about the vehicle. Would never recommend to anyone.

I picked up in Bishop,Ca. I told the gentlemen what I was carrying and he told me to ago with the biggest enclosed trailer which was the 6'x12'. Which was way, way too big! Only used a quarter of it. Got charged $162 plus insurance and a extra 4 days @ an extra $22 bucks a day. So ended up costing me $250! If I was smarter would have gone to Coleville and gotten it for half the price. Because I had to drive a 45 mins away to get the trailer, not like I was able to drive right back down and get a smaller one. So had to do a 90 min drive, plus gas prices at a all time high, didn't seem feesable to exchange for a smaller one. Over all ended up costing 2 1/2 times more than I should have payed. Other than that everything else was fine.
