Autumn was amazing!!! Again my reservation was split to drop off the equipment in 2 different locations. She was able to update it so both could be dropped off at the same place. Good thing since my paperwork from the pickup location only provided one drop off address. I had no way of knowing they were to go to 2 different places. Autumn was very helpful, was able to answer a lot of questions and overall was just amazing.

Steven MillerWhen I brought it back, I paid cash, but I don’t understand why I have to wait a couple days for it to take it off my card from pending and give me credit for my money back. They can always take your money instantly, but you have to wait when they owe you back I don’t understand that.

MONICA YVETTE BROWNWhen your vehicle (uhaul truck) have some problem they will ask you to call roadside assistance number. When you call roadside, which keep you wait for an hour to pick up your phone and after that wait they suggested to contact the location office. I called several time and my phone was never been pick up. Horrible service and not considerate when you are in trouble.

stephen peckBe careful when refilling the gas , the gauge lags and you will put back more gas than you used and they will not credit or reimburse you for the extra gas.

Joy HaslettTruck was ready when promised, I had made a reservation, and in good condition. I did not need anything extra, I already had a two-wheel dolly, padding, and straps, but they were available. All the people I was delt with were very nice, explaining everything. I would use them again.
stephen peckI had to take uhaul with no right head light. Was told uhaul knows about it. And no one has been pulled over in the last 6 wk at it had been out. I had to break the law and chance getting a ticket. The person at the uhaul place assured me uhaul would cover any ticket because you all knew it was out. I still had no other options and had to break the law if I ran it at dark. I had to keep longer to avoid this. Very upset and dissatisfied also I could not see mile because the is a sensor she said is out for tire pressure and no one can make it turn off unacceptable!!! I did take photos of all
Tonya WhittThe rental place was perfect, the billing by uhaul is nit good, I only needed the truck for a 24 hr window, going from Bluefield va to King George Va 301 miles, uhaul policy is that I was automatically billed for 3 day usage. System set needs changed.
